Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Say what you will, but Jay Roach is assembling some of my favorite comedic actors for his new film DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS. According to Variety Ron Livingston will be joining Paul Rudd and Steve Carell in the flick. DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS is a remake of a French film Le dinner de cons in which a group of rich sophisticates have a weekly dinner in which each brings along the stupidest person they can find and encourages them to talk as much as possible. The idea is after all the richies can get together and make fun of the poor dumb bastard they just treated to a nice meal. Great premise, I can see why they're attempting a redo of the 1998 French flick. As Winston would say, Roach has the tools and now he has the talent to make this one really funny.
