* “Ugly Betty,” whose 2009 premiere fell 58% percent from its 2008 premiere, managed to fall another 14%, but it is no longer the lowest-rated show on ABC. That distinction belongs to “Supernanny,” whose 2009 premiere was down 27% from its 2008 premiere.

* Back from baseball hiatus, “Dollhouse” hit a new series low.

* An appearance by Michelle Obama gave “Leno” its first Friday uptick.
