(With the cancellation of “Without A Trace” and “Eleventh Hour” and big ratings declines for “CSI,” “CSI: Miami” and “Cold Case,” Bruckheimer is having a tough year.) * “Dancing With The Stars” fell a mammoth 26% from last week while its timeslot competition, “The Biggest Loser,” rose 16%.
