THE PROMOTION

David Wallace breaks the bad news that not everyone will get a raise this year. Dwight reaches his breaking point with Jim and looks to the rest of the office for allies. Pam would like cash instead of wedding gifts.
The one-hour Oct. 8 installment:
NIAGARA
Written by Greg Daniels and Mindy Kaling
The Office travels to Niagara Falls to celebrate Jim and Pam’s wedding under strict orders not to mention Pam’s pregnancy. Michael, Dwight, and Andy all want to hook up with guests at the wedding and Michael and Dwight meet twins.
Oct. 15:
MAFIA
Writer unknown
Michael meets with an insurance salesman who visits the office and is later convinced by Dwight and Andy that he is part of the Mafia. Erin accidentally ruins Pam’s painting.
Pam’s hot college friend (Kelen Coleman) will attend the wedding.
EW’s Mike Ausiello speculates somebody’s peanut allergy may put in an appearance at the wedding.
Ryan will take photographs, so I’m guessing a blackmail plot may be in the works.
Dwight and Angela will hook up.
Andy and Kelly Erin will hook up.
David Wallace will meet with Jim.
Mindy Kaling tells TV Guide spring will bring “a reversal in Kelly’s career status.”
Deleted scenes from 6.1 “Gossip”:

Office under strict unders not to mention the pregnancy?
by themarinebiologist
Yeah, someone is going to mention the pregnancy.
-
i'd like to see the skinny blonde and the indian get boned by the old guy. the seinfeld porno was top notch.
-
On their website.
-
yes. they have one.
It's pretty good. Jenna Haze, Ashlynn Brooke, Gianna Michaels and others. Some silly jokes in the beginning. A good amount of sexing. No indian or old guy sex tho. mostly just young white people. -
The Orifice.
I really don't know but come on...Its GOT to be! -
but I can't believe that anyone called last week's The Office brilliant!
These people obviously forgot how good it was for seasons 1-3... -
The Office was barely watchable last season, so far its looking to be a repeat.
-
Given their relentless pandering to the "Twilight" demographic. Every other damn cover has Sparkle-Lestat, Jr. and Emo Barbie somehow platonically intertwined and staring at us, deadly, from the racks. Enough already. Mormon vampires are just begging for a staking.
-
up until last season, now its like the 3rd or 4th funniest show on nbc thursdays.
-
you're thinking of My Name Was Earl, which started out brilliantly, meandered a bit, floundered in prison and went all to shit last season. The Office is chugging along nicely.
-
I think a lot of people just think, 'Oh, the show is in its sixth season, so it must suck now.' The Office is still excellent, in my opinion.
-
I still think its pretty great. Didn't really care for four or five episodes last season, but i loved the premiere and don't think they'll let the whole baby thing take it over.
-
Poor Oscar!
-
then get drunk together." I've got new pick up line for Friday night.
-
i kinda like seeing that. Different dynamic.
-
hee! Stealing that.
-
Good mix of humor and character, with nothing too outrageous, nonsensical, or childish
-
Ken Jeuong ruled that scene.
-
Selfishness abounded.
-
good point - maybe that's why I liked it for the first time in a long while!
-
exactly the same.
-
"I've been promoted to co-manager."
-
Reading for an hour until the Daily Show/Colbert, then Supernatural. Yay, Thursday!
-
you might as well turn to Sunny on FX before Daily Show
-
I still love the show but I think it was much funnier in its earlier seasons. Tonight was classic though.
-
And then I rape Dennis.
This is what happens when we don't have an It's Always Sunny talkback! -
Best comedy show on tv. Just thought I'd mention that!
-
Always Sunny was brilliant too...perhaps we are witnessing the best Thursday night of comedy in history?!
-
isn't it great that it's timed RIGHT after the NBC shows? it's fucking great, and I loves it. it's always sunny is my precious...
-
When does Jim ever actually do any work?
-
Doesn't Jim lead the branch in sales? He wouldn't be kept around if his numbers were poor. My guess is that his evaluation was written by Toby when Toby liked Pam who was obviously interested in Jim.
-
Actually, that evaluation seems to fit Jim from a couple of seasons ago. He doesn't seem as obsessed with constantly messing with Dwight. And yes, while Toby's comments had a hint of truth it was more his jealousy of Jim hanging around Pam all day.Incidentally, anyone find it sort of sad that Jim's trying to get ahead at a company that in probably the first episode he hoped he wouldn't stay at for long. I guess he's trying to be responsible with him soon to get married, but still...
-
remember last season, kelly screwed with jim and dwights?
-
i was going to give up after last year; glad i didn't
