While SciFi’s acclaimed magical-object miniseries “The Lost Room” continues to fail to garner a series sequel, Syfy’s “X-Files”-meets-“Raiders” adventure series “Warehouse 13” is getting a second season next summer. Despite unenthusiastic reviews, the series is on track to provide Syfy its most-watched original-series debut season ever, according to the channel. Veteran TV writer-producers David Simpkins (“Freakylinks,” “Mercy Point,” “Charmed,” “Blade: The Series,” “Brisco County Jr.,” “Dark Angel,” “Roswell”) and Jack Kenny (“Caroline in the City,” “Titus,” “The Book of Daniel”) oversee the series, which stars Eddie McClintock (“My Boys,” “Bones”), Joanne Kelly (“Vanished,” “The Dresden Files”), CCH Pounder (“The Shield,” “Brothers”) and Saul Rubinek (“Frasier”).
