The Wizard ScoreKeeper Needs Volunteers For His Next CD Disappearing/Reappearing Trick!

Published at:  Jul 16, 2009 7:38:22 PM CDT

Greetings! ScoreKeeper here waving my wand as I prepare to perform my next magical trick…

I have in my hand five freshly-sealed copies of the soundtrack CD for HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE (2009) composed by Nicholas Hooper. With a wave of my wand I will magically make them disappear and then reappear in the hands of five very lucky Ain’t It Cool volunteers.

If you would like to volunteer for such a trick then please email me at scorekeeper@aintitcool.com with the subject: HALF-BLOOD PRINCE CD GIVEAWAY with your full name, mailing address, a valid email address, and your favorite Harry Potter movie and score thus far. All entries will be put into a boiling cauldron whereas five will be randomly selected. These five names will serve as volunteers for my next trick as I miraculously materialize a copy of the HALF-BLOOD PRINCE soundtrack in each of their corresponding mailboxes.

The enhanced CD also features a free digital download of the score in 5.1 surround sound, behind-the-scenes footage of the scoring sessions at Abbey Road Studios, and a free download track.

The deadline will be Thursday, July 23rd, at 11:59PM EST. Only one entry per wizard please. Any duplicate entries will be banished. International entries accepted…Oh, alright…Muggles can enter too.

Scortus! Discus! Potteraneus!

I think I'll wait until all of the movies are finished and they release the super deluxe score mega set (now with giant spider).

Rather wait for the Williams "Deathly Hallows"

    by darthliquidator

Already heard bad reviews and even worse word-of-mouth about this score....I'll wait for the contest for the John Williams scores for the last two films...cause WB and the Potter team should right now be getting down on their freakin' hands and knees to Williams, begging him to score the the finale 1 & 2.

Just a bastardization of the Williams original.

    by outlawsdelejos

    More than likely.

    Director 91...

...I personally know ScoreKeeper...have known him since 1988, in fact... He is truly always "cheery and cheesy". That is the absolute truth. He rides a unicorn to work each day and farts Skittles out of his butt for undeserved children as he passes by. In short, he is happy. The world needs more happiness. There. I've said my peace.

I wish it were a bastardization of the Williams

    by zacdilone

At least then it would have one recognizable theme!

What the last Harry Potter needs is some good old fashioned murder music.

    Sorry, Scorekeeper

    by m_prevette

But this time it is a pass. Hooper's Potter scores are stunningly bland. It is amazing the Powers That Be at Warner actually allowed him back after the disaster that was the Order Of The Phoenix score. Please bring back Williams or Doyle !
