Michael Palin....maybe not as on the spot hilarious but damned if they don't ahve the same accent and similar wit.

I don't think I've seen someone answer their own questions as much as this guy. Shut up and let Rachel give her answer, Q2. Who was this guy, Capone?

strangely very beautiful, not in a sort of "sleep with me" megan fox kind of way, but more in a kind of "meet me in a cafe in a foreign country and run away to the coast and spend a year cuddling on a beach like children" kind of way. She brings the sappy lovestruck feeling out of me.

NEEDS TO PLAY THE NEW SUPERMAN!!!
May 13, 2009, 2:46 p.m. CST
It's a visually interesting drama, it's just not as great as everyone made it out to be. The British tend to make these leaden, self-righteous and depressing "thrillers" that are easier to respect than enjoy. It's a nice character piece though and she deserved her Oscar. That director (CITY OF GOD), I forget his name, is an amazing talent and Oscar bound as well I have no doubt.
May 13, 2009, 2:49 p.m. CST
Because he's going to be the next Bond, James Bond. Mark my words. It will be strange to have a 007 who isn't butt-ugly, but I guess we'll all have to adjust.
May 13, 2009, 3:01 p.m. CST
I'm with you JimmyandtheTermites, it really annoyed me that he was constantly cutting her off and asking his questions and then basically figuring them out himself outloud. I also agree with Ray Gamma. I find her hotter than Megan Fox. Rachel Weisz comes off as sweet, lovely, and approachable. Someone you would love to have a conversation with, where as someone like Megan Fox comes across as pretentious and a snob.

Sounds like an ass kissing douche. "Yeah, I'm that guy." - creepy. This movie sounds pretty sweet the more I read about it. I can't wait to see it.

in an Alex Proyas film. Yeah.
May 13, 2009, 5:29 p.m. CST
The first time I had seen her act in anything was The Mummy. The whole time I was watching that movie (which isn't completely dreadful) I couldn't get over how hot she was. She's done great work since. She made Constantine better.
May 13, 2009, 5:31 p.m. CST
It seemed to me like all 3 of them were constantly interrupting her, which seems like the opposite of what should be happening in that situation.

...even favorably is like comparing beef bourguignon, a fresh salad, and a nice bottle of red to an open pack of Twizzlers.
May 13, 2009, 6:04 p.m. CST
How could anyone take this film seriously? As a parody, the film is brilliant, but as a drama, it is utterly ridiculous. The film would've been much better served without the over the top characters, and the film noir style dialogue.

that we Jews have to be the least attractive group of fuckers on the Planet Earth. Although Wiesz is better-looking than most, that's not really saying much; Most Jewish women look like Rhea Pearlman, and most Jewish men look like Ron Pearlman. Sorry, but it's true.

I DON’T HAVE A FUCKING TWITTER… WHY WOULD I USE TWITTER??? I ONLY BLOG 5 PERCENT OF WHAT I’M UP TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. I’M ACTUALLY SLOW DELIVERING CONTENT BECAUSE I’M TOO BUSY ACTUALLY BUSY BEING CREATIVE MOST OF THE TIME AND IF I’M NOT AND I’M JUST LAYING ON A BEACH I WOULDN’T TELL THE WORLD. EVERYTHING THAT TWITTER OFFERS I NEED LESS OF. THE PEOPLE AT TWITTER KNOW I DON’T HAVE A FUCKING TWITTER SO FOR THEM TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO POSE AS ME AND ACCUMULATE OVER A MILLION NAMES IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND DECEITFUL TO THERE FAITHFUL USERS. REPEAT… THE HEADS OF TWITTER KNEW I DIDN’T HAVE A TWITTER AND THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHICH ACCOUNTS HAVE HIGH ACTIVITY ON THEM. IT’S A FUCKING FARCE AND IT MAKES ME QUESTION WHAT OTHER SO CALLED CELEBRITY TWITTERS ARE ACTUALLY REAL OR FAKE. HEY TWITTER, TAKE THE SO CALLED KANYE WEST TWITTER DOWN NOW …. WHY? … BECAUSE MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS LOUD!!!!!!!!!

Wrong or not, I just didn't like that movie.
May 14, 2009, 12:37 a.m. CST
I think I really like it. I think I really hate it. Can not decide. The way the suburban setting was filmed to look ominous = good. Couldn't get into the dialogue, even though I appreciate the effort.

Harry's GIF is a rip on David Lynch's "Mulholland Drive," when the two old people run out of the paper bag next to the homeless guy behind the dumpster with the blue cube. Bee-tee-dubs. Weisz is pretty much guaranteed an Oscar nod this year. Will it be for The Lovely Bones or Agora? I'm leaning more in the direction of the latter right now.

Is that right, Fa_Tass_DinoMolester? What about Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Bar Refaeli, etc. I wouldn't base Jewish looks on Rhea Perlman any more than I would base WASP looks on The Elephant Man or Susan Boyle.

The only reason I used Megan Fox was because Ray Gamma mentioned it in his earlier post. I'm with you on your comment though.
