SciFi always takes a while to put stuff out.

    by nivekj

But it always great. Damn! I miss that show. I haven't felt withdrawal this bad since "All Good Things..."

Yeah, but the video was online at the UN

    by v'shael

    the DAY after it happened.

And in the story which covered it? Multiple talkbackers linked to the video.

Can we say "redundant"? As in this story? (And many of the people who worked on the show?)

They were asking Ron Moore and the cast about the horrible final

    by leafar the lost

Yes, I want to ask Ron Moore why in the hell he chose to give Battlestar Galactica the worst possible ending imaginable. What were you thinking, Ron? Not only was the ending unsatifying and stupid, it made it impossible to make a feature movie. Unless Moore wants to make a BSG movie about Balter and Six, who are still around 150,000 years later as Angels (we think) in the service of IT. Remember, IT doesn't like being called God.

By having them reveal that the cylon god is Daggit

    You can't handle the truth!

    by removed_user

That your series went on a downward spiral and then crashed hard with what was possibly the worst finale ever.

The nations of the world would like an apology.

At the end of the video, Edward James Olmos admitted

    by snowpuff

that he really IS Admiral Adama. Then he got on a flying motorcycle and blasted off. Also Ron Moore confessed that he got all the scripts for the show from two angels that look just like Tricia Helfer and James Callis.

    Goldberg...

    by codymr

seems like an odd choice for MC. I know she was on TNG and does humanitarian UN work, but you'd think they would go for someone with a little more gravitas... like one of the 60 Minutes correspondents or someone along those lines.

    Best finale ever....

So shut the fuck up... Star Wars sucks. Stargate sucks. Babylon 5 sucks. Here's an apology for you... Sorry and stick it up your ass, Lucas lover.

Better than Lost? Yeah. Miles above.

    by thewaqman

Especially last week's shite Lost episode. The smoke monster is fucking lame, get rid of it. Keep dissing the finale guys. They needed to close up all the character's stories. It was a good finale. Not the best BSG episode of course, but still satisfying.

I love reading why people didnt like the finale

    by thefreeman

It just makes me laugh and say to myself, wow, you just really dont get it.

Most people that hated say that the first 40 minutes were amazing, and then starting with the opera house sequence it was terrible.

I feel the exact opposite (except I also liked the first half)

So, weeks later, when it's converted to a new format, it's suddenly cool news? Fuck that retarded thinking.

I'm not so sure blaming some peoples dislike of the finale on a lack of understanding is anywhere near fair. I understood it perfectly, in both it's intentions and convictions, but it still left me cold. While it's true that some things are often better left to the imagination rather than explained, there are times when that simply doesn't work. Almost the entire mythos of the show was explained away in a brief moment and blamed on 'the existence and guidance of a higher power'. That's not a satisfying conclusion. In the slightest.

The entire mythos of the show?

    by thefreeman

What are you referring to exactly. Almost everything had been revealed before the finale. The entire history of the final 5 and the cylons, pretty much everything was wrapped up. The idea of God and a higher power has been in the show since day one, and I dont really see what needed to be explained by that. We were pretty much told head six and balter were agents of God on no ones side, sent to guide different people along different paths. I dont know what else needed to be explained or how anything was "explained away"

Sure, sure... Star Wars sucks. But second generation rip-offs of Star Wars in the form of poorly written soap operas, those are GREAT.

Have you noticed that your screen name reads "Sick of you y'all"? I doubt that you were intentionally trying to sound like Britney Spears, but I guess that would be a step up for you in intelligence.

I would've typed "Yuall" or maybe even "Uall" or something. Then it would sound like "Sick of you all." I'm only assuming that this was your intention, but you being a hick as well as retarded certainly isn't outside of the realm of possibility.
