Drinky Ruthie!! Geezer Mark!! Big Easy!! Baba Booey!! CT’s Fists!! Paula Walnuts!! MTV’s DUEL II Launches Tonight!!

SPOILER ALERT !!

I am – Hercules!!

“The Real World/Road Rules Challenge” returns tonight with loads of surprises:

* Back is Mark Long, a veteran of the very first “Road Rules” back in 1995, had announced his retirement (I thought) three years ago.

* "CT" Tamburello, who keeps getting tossed off these shows (the last time for bashing Davis Mallory in the face), demonstrates his violent behavior doesn’t prevent producers from inviting him back.

* Returning also is food-loving Eric “Big Easy” Banks, who cost himself and his team a big pile of cash during “Gauntlet III” by not being fit enough to walk to the finish line.

* Hot, unstable, lesbitastic and generally fearful Brooke LaBarbera once seemed the least likely to return following her early ouster during “Gauntlet III.”

“Duel II” was shot, apparently, before “Real World: Brooklyn,” so we don’t yet get to see how well transwoman Katelynn Cusanelli competes against girls who weren’t born with wieners.

This year’s contestants and the shows that first introduced them to a grateful America:

RR: USA (1995)
Mark Long

RW: Hawaii (1999)
Ruthie Alcaide

RR: The Quest (2001)
Katie Doyle

RW: Chicago (2002)
Aneesa Ferreira

RR: Campus Crawl (2002)
Rachel Robinson

RW: Paris (2003)
Adam King
Chris "CT" Tamburello

RW: San Diego (2004)
Brad Fiorenza
Robin Hibbard

RW: Philadelphia (2004)
Landon Lueck

RWRRC: Fresh Meat (2006)
Diem Brown
Eric Banks
Evan Starkman
Ryan Kehoe

RW: Key West (2006)
Paula Meronek

RW: Denver (2006)
Brooke LaBarbera
Davis Mallory
Jenn Grijalva

RR: Viewers' Revenge (2007)
Derek McCray
Tori Hall

RW: Sydney (2007)
Dunbar Flinn
Isaac Stout
Shauvon Torres

RW: Hollywood (2008)
Brittini Sherrod
Kimberly Alexander
Nick Brown

Remind yourself of what they all look like here.

MTV recently renewed both “Real World” and “The Challenge” for four more seasons each. Apparently the attempt to revive “Road Rules” two years ago didn’t take.

Remember that the talkbackers who complain the most about reality shows are the ones most likely to be caught by their moms masturbating to “American Gladiators.”

10 p.m. Wednesday. MTV.

I was watching South Park, and now I'm watching the aftershow. By the looks of it, The Soup may have to expand to an hour this week!
