I love Sacha Baron Cohen, I think hes one of the best comedians working today, but I always thought that his Bruno character was kinda boring. <p> This trailer totally sold me on this movie though cause my favorite bits of Borat where when Cohen confronted people with their own prejudices and insecurities. And seems that Bruno is much more of that.

The Borat deleted/extended scenes were better than some of the other obviously setup stuff they did to pad out the movie. It's much funnier when you're getting the real reactions from people. This is harder for Sacha to achieve now due to his increased fame. Btw I bet we don't see so many promotional appearances from him AS Bruno. The American audiences wouldn't like this 'fag' on their talk shows, whether he's a comedy character or not!

And about half the footage in the trailer wasn't even in the cut I saw. I can't wait to see what they wind up releasing in theaters.

I was disappointed by Borat, and this doesn't look much better. Borat was great during the unscripted bits with real people, but there was actually precious little of that stuff in the movie. The only bit from this trailer that leaves me with any interest is the idea of him ruining Milan's fashion week. I have a sneaking suspicion that it'll be a very short bit in the movie though.
