Just sayin'

when I read this. I mean, not entirely weird since I have most of his songs on my iPod. But the fact that of the 5000+ songs, one of the 200+ Buffett songs was on. That's like a 4% chance. Weird.
PS: The song was 'Quietly Making Noise' from Fruitcakes. -
until Thursday.
-
That's got to be Cartman, right?
Hope this is funnier than last week's OK movie parody- South Park is always best when they tackle real life issues. -
I know people that talk like that. Irritating as fuck. Like those telemarketers that end every statement with a rising tone as if asking a question. "Hello, we're offering a special deal on your auto warranty renewal? It's a really great deal?"
-
....episode,South Park is still better than 90% of ALL the programing on the tube. Hands down...
-
"Where'd he go?........I'm over here", the best part of the parody, a Dark Knight parody was very outdated, considering all the current material they could use.
-
that would be scary.
-
No one has the balls to put shit on TV like these guys, and I really think they get away with because of how blatantly obvious they make it, yet no one that should be watching to see who they're blasting ever does... except for Tom Cruise who has spies everywhere.
-
I listen to most everything. But I do favor Buffett; got lawn tix for Charlotte in a month. Fins up!
-
seriously, I think my neighbors called the cops for disturbing the peace.
-
i mean i know the joke was to not know..but really have matt and trey leaked who they at least had in mind as mysterion?
-
it was supposed to be Token
-
He was sleeping in class. I thought that was pretty much a DEAD giveaway for who would be moonlighting as a superhero. If I went to work at 4am, I'd definitely be passed out during my 8am.
-
I think it was part of the joke that by the end they never explicitly say. But then Cartman does say I knew it was you. And that's who he kept saying it was through out most of the episode.
-
Have we ever heard him speak properly? Because maybe he has that deep husky voice
-
Granted, I am a huge Buffett fan...
-
This ep is uneven so far, but I did laugh pretty loud when Cartman scratched his nails on the chalkboard.
-
just wow... Trey and Matt really, REALLY bring the funny allegory home tonight.

I also love how Kenny wraps his sheet around his face too.

I'm guessing that was cut for time. This was a decent episode. Dull in spots, not as good as the last two (which were both amazing), but passable.
-
...just like no Mysterion-recruits-Kyle pay off last week. Trey is getting lazy! Good episode though.
-
Anyway, Randy Marsh is the best on the show. That whole computer game episode was great because of him. And the little league fights. Hilarious.
-
Yes, in the Michael Jackson episode, "Meet the Jeffersons"(?) He speaks normally.
-
when they revealed the 'chart'
-
That was fucking funny. I've needed a good laugh all day. I finally got it.
-
This season is definitely back on track
-
Did anyone pay attention to what was on some of the other squares?
Also loved the kazoo player. Somehow made it more tragic. -
"Did somebody say: CATCH a Jew" not "Kill."
-
in the Meet The Jefferson's ep, but he was voiced by Mike Judge in the South Park movie and yeah he sounded normal
-
That was genious!!
-
I haven't been disappointed with a South Park episode in a long time. In the last few years, I think only A Million Little Fibers and the lice episode weren't my cup of tea.
-
was GENIUS!!!
-
was the last tv show that literally made me fall out of my chair laughing. The balls of the guys. To make a show that centered on many static shots of oprah winfreys crotch was just jaw-droppingly funny. And to then have her orifaces talk with British Accents was something I think the Monty Python team would have been proud to put on TV back in the early seventies. ps Her anus's name was cockney rhyming slang for the butthole. Gary = Gary Glitter = Shitter. Still makes me laugh
-
I really enjoyed that episode. A few burst-out-loud moments, and some pretty insightful writing by Trey.
Yeah, some people are disappointed with there not being resolution to the Cartman betrayal, but I think Trey knew it would have been overkill to push the joke. I think it was better that Kyle just gave that "what-the-fuck-ever" look to Cartman during the "last" supper.
BTW, at the very end, when they gave Obama all the credit, did Kyle say "Jesus Christ" or "God dammit?" I have forgotten. -

The ep was brilliant, not too many laugh-out loud moments though
by tylerdurden3395
Still a great episode and terrific season thus far
-
And was anyone else reminded of LIFE OF BRIAN during the scene showing the various prophets speaking to their respective groups of followers?
-
This season is batting 1000 so far. Nice.
-
like everyone did not look at Cartman. lol
-
I think there is some anger out there. Cafepress has bumper stickers and buttons that say "Use Gitmo For Bankers."
-
In a deleted scene, RDM showed the uprise of AI on our Earth, but everyone lost there job (toook r joooobbbbS!) and all the Cylons were half assed built and not sold so no one bought them. The liquid metal T 7000 Margaritaville terminatrixzors was a bad seller. Six and Baltar then say "sometimes in mathmatecially jargon jargon circumstances things our different". Pan to RDM greedily hording his bohemian jew billions. Your welcome talkbackers.
-
Craprica will explore this whilst gainfully employing the stable of Dawson Creek actors.
-
Told ya they were getting better...although what next week will be about is prob as random as that chicken head crap shoot.....yeee haaaww!
-
Dudes, that was the joke: No one could tell who it was. A play on the fact that all the character designs of the South Park kids are basically the same (except for hats and hairstyles. Also the fact that, in real life, if there were superheroes and one got in front of the press and unmasked, we'd see it on TV and be saying, "Well who the f**k is this schmoe, anyway?"
-
I liked the last 2 eps, but this one was so-so. I liked the "And it's gone..." opener, the chicken oracle, and Stan's storyline, along with the "economy as God" gag, but the whole Jesus thing was just... blah. Still, they did a pretty good job of explaining the stupid mortgage backed securities metaphor, but I was hoping this would really be about the bailouts or maybe a wacky search for the "Jew cave." It was nice to see an ep not centered around Cartman, though.
-
Beside the parodying of religion and politics, its the little details that display Matt and Trey's talent. The aforementioned kazoo. The centurian who recently lost his job at Little Cesear's Pizza...
-
OK things could get worse, and I doubt they'll reach the heights of some of season 10 and 11, but so far so frakkin' great!
-
great episode
-
how original!
-
They took our jobs
-
I love when that guy from Hilton pops his head in... too funny. Terrific ep on Wed night. South Park is back on track!!!
-
The line was "Did somebody say 'catch a Jew'?"
-
Satire at it's absolute best.
-
reminded me of that episode of justice league where flash and lex luthor switch bodies. lex runs superspeed to the bathroom looks in the mirror and says something like, "finally I learn the true identity of the flash." Takes off his mask and pauses for a second and says, "I have no idea who this is." Classic...
-
several times. I thought Mysterio was Kenny. Or should be Kenny. I assume its Clyde. Funny episode but yes they had so much more current material to go by. I thought it was a Watchmen spoof at first and ended up being almost a summer late. Still South Park is my favorite.
