Just wanted to say thanks for the free movie and thank god it was a pretty decent one! I'm not sure if i'm desensitized by violence but you hyped up the violence and I thought the original one was way more gruesome and violent....I do have to admit there was quite a bit of violence but nothing to cringe worthy...I don't want to go into specifics and ruin it for anyone but I would definitely recommend it...the cinematography was amazing..very moody and intense...check it out for yourselves!

Thanks for picking me, and thanks for having a WAY better movie to show than Monster House -- the only other AICN screening I've been to. Garret Dillahunt (Deadwood seasons 1&2, No Country For Old Men, John From Cincinnati) is a force of nature in this movie, and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) was thoroughly creepy. At the risk of sounding like a shill, this really was the best scary movie to come out of Hollywood in quite some time. Murder, rape, revenge/violence via self-defense: what more can you ask for?
