Your balls, you dip them in it.
-
Thank the lord they stopped doing those D.O.A. turds.
-
Shit, I may just have to quit my job and leave my wife and go to this!!!
-
I think I remember a total of three things from The State-- dip my balls, a recurring bit with two of the guys doing some martini cocktail deal on the surface of the moon, and this one sketch where they were in all in high school and kept breaking the fourth wall to tell you what they were really feeling.
-
(cue for "barfing" sound effect) Check please! Assholes!
-
...in any given SNL episode for perhaps 10 years now. <p>And The State plus Tim & Eric? It's good I live in the East Bay, because I'm there.
-
is named after his idol, Jimmy Fallon. Anything that took time away from his fantasy future husband made him cry/cut himself/post bs on the internet.
-
TV Funhouse was hilarious, this would be a gem to see live.
-
Action! Action!!! <p>God bless The State... And God DAMN MTV! Why not get that completed The State DVD set out on the market before DVD becomes obsolete, fartknockers!
-
I base my "bs" opinion on the fact that not only did I NEVER laugh during those terrible, terrible animations, NEITHER DID THE AUDIENCE. Was there anything more of a downer than when the audience gave a pity clap at the end, after not laughing ONCE during the entire, usually overlong bits?
-
You are aware of the hilarious short lived Comedy Central series TV Funhouse...right? The SNL segments could vary week to week, but the creation of The Ambiguous Gay Duo is classic.
-
I dearly love them all, but will the building be able to withstand all that ironic weight??
-
That thing has been rumored for years, longer than the show was on the air or popular. Get it done!
-
Wow, The State... I would not have expected them to reassemble.
-
... 240 dollars, worth o' puddin'<p> Awww yeah.
-
30 minutes of audio tape of Ross Perot on Meet the Press played over animations of him whipping Obama ala "Roots" and wearing a pink tutu.<p> I have better ways to waste my life. Talkbacks, for example.
-
...that's why I specifically said the SNL Funhouse. The AGD was the only good bit, and it ensured that they'd be running shitty ones for years to come, long after it was clear none of them were funny. Truly the most painful thing during a very painful time on SNL.
-
gotcha...I do recall a Michael Jackson bit that was pretty damn good.
-
These were the people who laughed at the Ferrell/Oteri cheerleader sketch week-after-week, so I consider them not laughing at TV Funhouse to be the highest of compliments.
-
Lenny knows what's up. <br><br>My wife and I would watch the first sketch, and then check the intro if there was going to be a new TV Funhouse. If not, shit got turned off real quick. Unless there was a good host or musical act, it really wasn't worth watching otherwise.
-
If they could have gotten the Original Cast of Mad TV to appear since it's now been canceled.
-
blehh
