BUTT-NUMB-A-THON 10: The Poster, The T-Shirt and MondoTees Poster!!!
Hey folks, Harry here... Well, it's beginning to feel a lot like BNAT...
Last minute changes, check. Last minute additions, check. Prints arriving, check. Goodie Bag items arriving, check. Equipment orders filled, check. BNAT Poster design in, check. BNAT t-shirt design in, check. Mondo Tees' completely random alternative take on BNAT poster, check.
Yup, that's how the BUTT-NUMB-A-THON goes. Soon, I'll have to put together the evil seating chart. Man, this is one helluva job!
Today, I got my first glimpse at the official BUTT-NUMB-A-THON X poster by Gordon Jones. You may remember Gordon's Seventh Voyage Of Butt-Numb-A-Thon Poster back 3 years ago... but now he's moved from Harryhause to DeMille... What could possibly be next for him? We'll see. This poster was painted by Gordon on a huge scale (the original was 41 and a half inches by 60 and a half inches). Funny side note... believe it or not - those arms are in fact my arms - Gordon took a photo reference of me holding the tablets above my head lit overhead (to simulate the lightning blast) and well, my arms had that definition. I love it! Gordon's poster clearly depicts the Alamo South Lamar, while Mondo-Tee's poster says the Alamo at the Ritz. Which is it?

Nick Park has completed a 4th Wallace & Gromit short called "A Matter of Loaf and Death" that I think would make a cool 30 minute feature between features. Also, Jose Majica Marins, AKA Coffin Joe, has completed a new film that finishes the trilogy he began with his first two films 40 years ago. That would make a great BNAT midnight movie.
