Hey folks, Harry here... nearly 3 weeks out from BNAT 10. I think this has actually been the most stressful of all BNATs that I've ever put together. Reasons for that will make themselves evident later. Ahem.

But I've just gotten over the biggest hump in pulling off this AMAZING BUTT-NUMB-A-THON and my stress levels have returned to my normal Buddha levels. But I then realized - OH COOL! Now is the time to do the call out for the fabulous BUTT-NUMB-A-THON GOODIE BAGS!!!!

If you have a great cool product that you want to put in front of approximately 220 of the most gossipy, geeky, 24/7 talk to everyone that will listen internet saavy meta-geeks... Well this is where you pony up. In the past we've given away full game systems, full high def home entertainment systems, crazy caffienated beverages, bubble gum, toys, books, cds, movies, blu-ray, hd-dvd, foreign films, indie films, porn... all manners of coolosity. We've had tiny little fezs for everyone to wear. We've had so many cool items - it's really amazing. SO... How does your amazing company become part of BUTT-NUMB-A-THON 10. The TENTH EDITION of this most exclusive and mysterious event in human history?

Simple - Drop me an email here telling me what you propose to give out: HK at AintItCool.Com - the turn around on this is pretty quick as every item needs to be shipped and accounted for, meaning it has to be at THE ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE on SOUTH LAMAR by no later than December 11th, 2008. Because on December 12th - the annual BAGGING DAY tradition gets underway.

We're approaching 3 weeks out from the almighty BNAT. I hope you all have entered into a personal fitness and training regimine for the gruelling test ahead.

The main reason for this quick note is to make sure that everyone gets their tickets in advance. We have posted them for sal on the Alamo Drafthouse webstie here:

If you are not on Harry's personal guest list or the Alamo guest list, you will need to purchase a ticket for BNAT. BNAT and all the trimmings is funded almost exclusively through ticket revenue, so please do your part. Also, please help us out by purchasing the tickets in advance. If you wait to pay at the door, it's a hassle for the staff, may delay the start of the event AND you run the risk of getting assigned really crappy seats.

One last thing, please make sure that you are a confirmed attendee before purchasing a ticket. The attendees are listed on AICN here:

If you buy a ticket but aren't on the list, that doesn't mean you are getting in to BNAT. It just means that you made a non-refundable donation to the Saturday Morning Kids Club. Proceeds from BNAT fund this free kids movie series for the year.
