I know I said that SEX DRIVE was going to be the last Ain't It Cool screening in Chicago for a couple of weeks on account of the Chicago Film Festival taking over my life for a couple weeks, but I was floated on offer by the good folks at Universal that I just couldn't say no to. The potential for fun was just too spectacular.
We've got an exclusive AICN screening of ROLE MODELS, starring Paul Rudd, Seann William Scott, Jane Lynch, and Elizabeth Banks. The film will screening on Monday, October 13 at 8:00pm at the theater in downtown Chicago (the location will only be given to contest winners.). We've go the whole theater, so every winner will get into the screening as long as you show up on time.
And here's the best news: Paul Rudd will be attending the screening to mix it up with our readership. I've interviewed Paul before, and he's an absolute blast to talk to, so I expect tickets for this event will be gobbled up fast. ROLE MODELS marks Paul's return to working with director David Wain (WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER, THE TEN), and Rudd even gets a co-screenwriting credit on this film (along with Wain and Ken Marino, a frequent collaborator of both men).
Here how to secure a pass good for you and one guest. Send me an email at capone@aintitcoolmail.com with the subject line "I'M NOT A ROLE MODEL!" I need your name, whether or not your are bring a guest (guests' names are not required), and, in the body of the email, tell me why you would make the absolute worst role model for an impressionable youngster. Limit your answers to 75 words or less. I'll be judging these on creativity, shock value, and possibly some kind of talent competition, so don't give me some bullshit five-word answer. Competition will be fierce, I suspect, so don't assume that because you've won many times before that you'll win this time.
Winners will receive an email from me over the weekend, so send in your entries soon.
