Hey folks, Harry here... Ya know - it's amazing - we get tons of submissions all year long for films wanting to come to FANTASTIC FEST, we seek out films, but there are some filmmakers that are willing to go that extra mile... or even those last few inches. Nicolas Lopez is just such a filmmaker. I discovered this Chilean super geek at the Alamo Drafthouse South at a screening of PROMEDIO ROJO - and we returned to that fabled theater this September for FANTASTIC FEST 2008 - and I think I found the secret to Nicolas' success. He has astonishing technique... there's no wonder how he manages to keep succeeding. Just watch how fast he works Tim League!
