Here’s a crazy thing! The first hour of “Heroes’” third season screened at Comic Con -- but nobody wrote in with a review that told us if it was any good or not! Attendees did send in spoilers for the first hour, which can be found in invisotext elsewhere in this post. Note that George Takei turns up in the first hour, William Katt and “The Wire’s” Andre Royo apprear in hour two, and Malcolm McDowell and Bruce Boxleitner are in both. And it looks like we’ll be seeing a less of Micah and his cousin Monica this season.

EPISODE 301 “THE SECOND COMING” – Sept. 22 “VOLUME 3: VILLAINS” MAKES A TWO-HOUR SPECIAL DEBUT WITH REVELATIONS THAT WILL REDEFINE FAMILIAR CHARACTERS AND SHAKE THE SERIES TO ITS CORE -- The first chapter of “Volume 3: Villains” kicks off moments after shots rang out, as the shocking identity of Nathan’s (Adrian Pasdar) assassin and the reasons why the Texas press conference had to be cut short are revealed -- immediately throwing Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) and Matt (Greg Grunberg) into unexpected, uncharted territory. She survives, of course. * Syler is repulsed by Claire's suggestion that he eats brains. * Suresh develops a serum that gives anyone superpowers (just like what happened in "The 4400"!). He makes himself super-strong. * Hiro, now CEO of Yamagato Industries, finds a formula in his dad's safe that is promptly stolen by the new superspeedy villainess. * Hiro travels to the future, where he sees FutureAndo attack FutureHiro with lightning-lad powers. * Noah rots in stir. * Jessinikki is mistress to a governor.
