New TR2N Comic Con Teaser - Crappy Copy Gone- Boo Hoo!!!

Hey folks, Harry here... I'm a TRON geek. Hardcore. It opened at the exact right time for my brain to be responsive to it. And all you "youngsters" that poop on the film.... Fuck way the fuck off. TRON started it all - It created a desire, a very strong desire, for more dimensional video games. I mean at the time - vector games couldn't even be skinned - This film had graphics, enhanced by old-school Disney Cel animation that blew our collective minds. The idea of avatars with different names representing users in the real world - pretty much became our Internet reality - and the look of the film - Fucking Beautiful. If the film is ever playing near you in 70mm - you must see it. That said, a sequel could be astonishing given the advances in visual technology. Below is a demonstration of visually how fucking cool a new TRON movie could be. It takes its visual nod from the original brilliance of Jean Giraud (Moebius) - but watching this footage - it just really fires me up. It just needs desperately to be available on APPLE in HD. It's very important that I have this in 1080p. Really. I mean, all of us. This looks awesome even in shitty vision.

Disney asked that I pull the link - and they seemed to insinuate the possibility that they'll be doing a right awesome version... maybe... if we all by year round tickets to Disneyland. I got mine!

I love me some Tron!!! Glad to see that someone at Disney finally listened to the fans and gave us what we ask for. Judging by that applause...this looks like it will be a big hit!!!

The guy who recorded this is a tool.

    by V'Shael

40 seconds in before he discovers the zoom function, but loses the ability to aim? <p> Still, from what we can see of the footage, it does look sweet. I just hope the script is good. If there's one thing the Star Wars prequels have taught us, it's that pretty graphics don't make a good movie.

    by double_dimension

Great reinterpretation of the classic TRON look. They took it in new directions while still staying faithful. I only hope the story will be as creative as the visuals.

    Were is Bruce?

    by Starfury 2007

Will Bruce Boxleitner be returning? After all, he was Tron. And as Captain John Sheridan, and a new cast member of HEROES, he's got geek credability.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:42 p.m. CST

    Looks bad-ass!!

    by JimBobCooter

But I'm actually kind of sad to see Flynn as the villain. <p> And I loved the audience cheering when the bike appears. Gave me chills. In an actual movie, it's different, but COME ON! At Comic Con it's all about the crowd reaction.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:42 p.m. CST

Tron would have to be back

    by double_dimension

Harry must be on the payrole

Or at least friends with one of the producers. You can tell this by the fact he is not declaring the raping of his childhood. Or that he is screaming that there is no need for this to be made and asking people to watch the original instead.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:46 p.m. CST

    by rogueleader66

I hope that the actual movie is as kick ass as the the teaser was. i saw Tron in the theaters when I was in high school, and It has been a favorite since. I hope they do justice to it, with JB along, it has promise.

Only an asshole would say that, he loves the film as many of us do, and many Tron fans have been wanting a sequel since we saw the original. Shut the fuck up asshole haters.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:49 p.m. CST

    wow no bitching?

    by Bouncy X

nobody's bitching about the change to those lightcycles or whatever they're called. considering how anal people tend to be here about any amount of change to a franchise they like, i'm seriously shocked. i wish i could be excited like everyone else, dont get me wrong a Tron movie made today could be pretty cool but the original was just always boring to me, i liked it as a kid due to "fancy effects" but when i saw it again in my early teens, i wasnt impressed. but either way if that little clip is indicative of the final product, could make for a cool movie. i can just hear tommy tallarico screaming like a school girl now.

    by JimBobCooter

I loved Tron, but I will agree that while the concepts, the execution, the effects, were all dazzling -- the script was pretty talky. I think that's why there isn't an uproar over them messing up perfect film. It's ripe for a continuation of the mythology and effects, and might even improve on the original.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:55 p.m. CST

    that was fucking awesome

    by m_reporter

The video quality was shit but man that gave me the chills.<p> I loved the original as a kid, although I never saw it in the theaters, discovered it on VHS sometime in the late 80's... that damn tape had some mileage by the time I was done with it.<p> Haven't seen tron in a while though, should look it up.

  • July 26, 2008, 2:56 p.m. CST

    Jeff Bridges is in it?

    by Bobo_Vision

Thats pretty cool and it gives the film hope that it could be good. But it must have a good story to be more than just some glossy CG effects, otherwise it would be nothing more than a big screen demo of a video game. It would be like sitting and watching another person play while you're itching for your turn.

  • July 26, 2008, 3:02 p.m. CST

Now wait, Flynn may NOT be evil...

    by cornponious

I mean, we see basically nothing of his character in this clip. All we see is him coming out of meditation, walking over to "something", looking down with some sort of glare, then walking away in a sort of disinterested or disheartened manner. <p> I say he's not evil. Perhaps Clu didn't really de-rez, and has become evil, and Flynn has lost control of him, and that stare and then the walk-off was just another "holy shit, Clu, not again" kind of thing. <p> Could be.

  • July 26, 2008, 3:12 p.m. CST

    Sure V'Shael...

He sure is a "tool". I'd demand my money back if I were you, and watch one of the other recordings of this. Oh wait...

  • July 26, 2008, 3:15 p.m. CST

    by JimBobCooter

I watched it again and you're right... it is open-ended. And it is just a teaser after all. But how BAD ASS would Young Bridges vs. Old Bridges be?? <p> Also, one anal note... interesting the discs are now rings instead of the frisbees.

  • July 26, 2008, 3:17 p.m. CST

That was spectacular. HD version please :D

  • July 26, 2008, 3:17 p.m. CST

Yes, that was entirely my point. And you are so right, it would be very very cool if Old Bridges had to once again enter the computer world, this time to stop Young Bridges from destroying the cyber world. <p> Perhaps we've already figured out the story...

    Syd Mead ?

    by giger167

Hopefully they will get back the original designer for the vehicles, his designs for the original Tron and Blade Runner were astounding. I know he did some redesigns for the Tron 2 game released on the PC some time ago (which were very nice by the way) - but can find no information if he has any involvement in the new film. Great teaser trailer by the way lol :)

Flynn Becomes A Mad God Like Colonel Kurtz In Apoc. Now

    by LaserPants

On the TRON dvd (I think its where I heard this), there were plans on doing a TRON 2 way back when where Flynn had become like Colonel Kurtz -- completely out of his mind, like some mad god, living pretty much entirely in the computer world. Could this be the realization of that idea??? Oh please oh please oh please oh please, YES!!! Geekgasm!!!

    I'll say again...

    by cornponious

I see no need to make Flynn the bad guy in a tron sequel. I'm already loving the idea of a Flynn/Clu battle-royal. <p> If Flynn is the bad guy in this, I'm not watching it.

  • July 26, 2008, 3:27 p.m. CST

This looks more awesome than it has a right to.

    by Anti-fanboy

Jeff Bridges seals the deal. Saw the original in the theater, and loved it -- I was 9, and it really had this ahead-of-its-time vibe. The story didn't quite gel into greatness, but I came out of the theater wanting one of those discs so damn bad. Spawned my favorite Intellivision game -- Tron: Deadly Discs -- even if the damn thing froze every 10 minutes.

    The Director

    by Scarbro

Joseph Kosinski is the director and he's made some fuckin cool commercials. Include the Mad World Gears of War spot (on which David Fincher was a creative consultant). Kosinski also did that cool Lincoln car spot called 'Effects'--"Starships Don't Need Keys"-- He also did the Halo 3 "StarryNight" spot. Basically, this guy is perfect for TRON.

    Seriously, JJonz...

    by JimBobCooter

I bet you are a total blast to hang out with. <p> Sorry, but movies in the theater are a communal experience. Which is why they put LAUGH TRACKS on TV SHOWS, because the POINT is to laugh out loud during a comedy or FLINCH during a scary movie or GASP when you see a lightcycle appear. <p> Ask any filmmaker, and they will tell you they LIVE for those in-theater outbursts.

I must've put at least $100 in that thing when I was a kid. I still have those toys around somewhere too. They were made of that clear plastic, and had light cycles and everything. Man, I love this movie. Like Harry, I saw this at the perfect age in the theatre. I think I was about 10?

Disney needs to get to work on this as soon as possible. I love how the original look was retained but amped up to a current game style. Watching this, I get the same feelings I did with the Iron Man comic-con footage from last year. Stunned, addicted and I thoroughly believe in the world I just saw. Tron 2 can't come out fast enough for me.

  • July 26, 2008, 3:53 p.m. CST

    by JimBobCooter

First of all... this was at Comic Con, so the creators WERE there. And how the audience reacts determines whether or not this baby gets made, so I'm GLAD they hooted. <p> But I think you are saying that people applaud at rock concerts or live theater because it is LIVE, whereas movies are not live, so why applaud at the end when no one is there to accept it? Is that what you mean? <p> I think they're releasing built-up energy and emotion that a great immersive experience has given them. Reading and DVD's are an introverted experience. Watching movies in the theater, with the lines and close seats, is an extroverted one. It's part of the shared the experience. You can hate it, but to move people to applause is a filmmaker's dream, whether they are there or not.

    by Bass Bastardson

Yes, as a matter of fact I have clapped and hooted while reading a book by myself in my room. It was an involuntary expression of joy, the same as laughter. If that is so wrong in your eyes... well, I'm glad I don't have your eyes. Don't get me wrong, I hate people who talk through movies, but I LOVE seeing a movie with a crowd that is involved in the film, cheering and applauding.

    by LaserPants

There's always somedouche gotta try and come and make with the contrarianisms. Its hard to see in the crappily shot footage, but those neon colors against the black is beautiful to me; very minimalist too. I suppose that's not special to someone who doesn't care, but to someone who does, yeah, its pretty fuckin' special (and not as a euphemism for 'retarded' either).

    Fan experience

    by Dreamfasting

For event/nostalgia teasers, what the teaser actually shows isn't as important as getting that visceral fan giddiness. That's what I really like about these "bootleg" trailers from shows - you get to see that initial audience "wow" reaction. I hate it when they get taken down because they're often more exciting that seeing the full "high-quality" teaser without the group experience.

  • July 26, 2008, 4:25 p.m. CST

I will refer to it as TRON 2

    by CurtKobain

Forever and ever. Not TR2N. I am continuing the brave resistance I exhibited when writing about SEVEN (not Se7en) and INDEPENDENCE DAY (not ID4) on geek message boards. It's my own small effort to not let the terrorists win. Anyway...TRON 2 looks really great. I had an orgasm when he jumped and the LIGHTCYCLE appeared around him. Only...where was his ROD? (I mean the glowing stick, not his penis) Isn't there always a rod that you hold in the original, that becomes the cycle? Hrmm...well at least this looks better than WATCHMEN, which will suck giant monkey balls.

Wow, I'm actually interested in this. A lot.

    by ckane123

The original Tron is like The Black Hole with a rabid fan base - lot's of stuff going for it, but some pacing and story problems. I enjoyed the video games a lot more than the movie. But THIS... THIS I want to see. AND it even makes me want to rent/buy the original to see it again. Agree with Harry... Let's see this thing on Apple's trailer site in HD ASAP. If only someone at Apple had an in with Disney to make such a thing happen... Oh, wait...

    by Violator90

So far so good. But like some one mentioned, if its just all FX and no story then its nothing more that a big budget Uwe Boll picture or a Bayified film after he's been on a 12-hr cocaine benge AFTER watching the first TRON. So I have to see more and know more about the story before I get my hopes up. You all know how studioes are: show ups some thing that looks good then deliever a crapastic mess.

    by AnakinsDiapers

Now i appreciate it more for the little touches. For one, the name of the film is Tron but Tron isn't the main protagonist, Flynn is. There has only been a couple of instances i can remember where the bad ass isn't the main character, Robotech being one of them. Rick Hunter is the main character but Max Sterling was the bad ass.

    by LaserPants

It's certainly zeitgeisty enough. It looks like all that internets and/or text jibber-jabber that the kids are so fond of these days. Shit, I'm an aging genxer, and not a day goes by that I don't the word "pwned" to refer to some kind of pointless internets or gaming victory I or someone else may have had. Although wouldn't T2ON be better? 2 kinda looks R-ish.

    Tron, well, sucks.

    by Termigoonie

Sorry, Harry. You bought into it. I was also "exactly the right age" -- and it bored my little brain to pieces. I saw it twice, just because I couldn't believe that the movie I thought was going to be so awesome was so ... dumb. And boring. And stupid. And slow-moving. Even the action sequences seemed to be filmed (to use a reference of that age) on Quaaludes. Now a sequel? I mean, it's one thing to take a great film and make a bad sequel. Happens all the time. It's another to take a bad film and decide to make a sequel. That's called Fanboy Hysteria. All the studios are doing it. Look at "The Incredible Hulk." In the end, it actually has done LESS well than the Ang Lee version! At some point, studios will finally realize that the fanboys are very vocal, very passionate ... and not very influential. Make good movies. Make original movies. Don't make sequels to bad movies.

  • July 26, 2008, 4:50 p.m. CST

    Oh, and ...

    by Termigoonie

Anyone who was in the "sweet-spot" age of 10-16 and saw "Tron" back in 1982 during its $33 million-grossing run (about $76 million adjusted) would be between 36 and 42 years old now. Which tells you something about who the fan"boys" are. Heh.

I will not resort to name-calling, though I'm very tempted to. <p> BUT, the fact that you saw nothing of interest in TRON after seeing it twice means that you probably just don't have the imagination to appreciate such a unique endeavor. <p> No offense.

    Applause at the movies

    by Ted Brautigan

For some reason I can understand applauding or shouting out involuntarily during the course of a movie but at the end it's just sort of embarrassing. Seems perfectly appropriate at Comic-Con though. Like performing monkey said up top it's mostly people craving attention. I usually mutter something snarky under my breath like "they can't hear you" and then feel bad about it.

When I saw Tron for the first time..

    by Gabba-UK

it was back in the day when films used to come out in the UK maybe a year after the US. It was my uncle who took me and it was known then that the film had OK back in the US but nothing special in terms of box office. Well, I came out of the cinema a very happy chappy and I asked my uncle why he thought it hadn't done so well back home when it was clearly a good movie. His answer will remain with me till my grave and I sorry to say that even now it does slightly prejudice my opinion of our cousins over the pond.... he said "Maybe because some Americans wouldn't know a good idea if one sat on their face." Sorry if that offends but everytime I see Tron I remember what he said and it still makes me chuckle a bit.

    by ChildOfMen

What I loved about Tron was the visual design, the look of the world, the designs of the various machines and vehicles by Syd Mead, etc. And of course that Wendy Carlos soundtrack. As for story, it seems like it is a story that provides something to build all of the design around - I'm not sure it needed to be any more than that, frankly - a standard quest story to give an excuse to explore the world of Tron. So that's all I hope for in this sequel; more of that Tron design and music.

  • July 26, 2008, 5:18 p.m. CST

Tron was like popping space dust in your eyes!

Still don't know how they fucking did al that blue shit!? i haven't seen it in years so by todays standards it most likely would have SpeedRacer fans laughing their asses off or bored to tears but by fuck Tron was ace! I rented 10,000 years BC for £4 and at the same time bought my Kid Jason and the Argonauts for £3! Argonauts pisses on it for exciting action adventure and is far more historically acurate too!<P>so go and do another Tron but I doubt it'll resonate quite so deeply as it did back in the days when you could believe being broken down into bits and zapped insite your comodore 64!

If you don't like crowd reaction at a movie...

    by Alientoast

...goto Japan. It's like a bloody funeral. Usually no laughs, no "whoa!", just silence as people watch the movie. Honestly, there is a big difference between a shared movie experience where people express emotion vs. some dipshit fuckwad talking through a movie. I love seeing films in a college town because you get that crowd reaction, and it enhances the film...for instance, in Dark Knight, I loved how people expressed the "daaaaaaaammmmmnnnnnn" emotion after Batman flips the semi then does a wall-jump with the cycle.

    by LaserPants

In terms of the fact that nobody talks, but, yeah, sometimes you like to get that reaction at high points (flipping the batpod) or at the end (yay, what a great movie). I just hate how in the US people seem to go to the movies to talk on their cell phones and/or never shut the fuck up! Its like, dude (or, as is usually the case, "dawg"), why did you bother coming here?! You could have saved ten bucks and talked on your cellphone at home or outside.

No, really, bizarrely even, this is almost as nice as learning of Metropolis' lost footage. TR2N, I can't even bitch about the SE7EN-like title: this rules all kinds of geekgasms. I admit I am biased: TRON is the flawed masterpiece par excellence and the only pre-Touchstone great live-action Disney release (Okay, Black Hole was a brilliant mess). I've always bitched about über-geeks, but I am very much wetting myself. TRON is unspeakably cool+retro (like putting "+" between adjectives), it was a ground-breaking m-f on almost the same level as Neuromancer, anyway... I apologize for the grandiloquence, I am beside myself and trying to reason with him.

    A Nothing Of A Story?

    by LaserPants

A simple story, sure, like the original Star Wars, but that's hardly a "nothing". Hero goes to computer land and saves it from the evil computer overlord. It follows the simple heroic myth cycle. What else did you want? Sometimes simple is better (for proof of this, see the craptacular Matrix sequels; movies which confused pretentious bullshit for brilliance). But I'm sure we can all agree that the aesthetics of Tron, the design of the thing, is nothing short of brilliant.

TRON's flaws, if we can even call them that...

    by AudaAbuTayi

The techie-terms are off, but remember before judging: this was a time of QBasic, prehistory of programming... Aside from that: lack of a true, impending menace, but when you see that Master Control Program at the end... Sure South Park made an unforgettable (and ridiculous) nod but still, they made him into Moses! Nay truly: you can nit-pick, you can bitch, but you will hardly find a more visionary work (and the few films of this caliber are always somewhat off the mark: check out Metropolis, 2001, Alphaville again, does it make them less great or just ballsy as hell?). TRON was a revolution, is a revolution and I hope Disney is aware of this. Hell, I hope they will once again bet on crazy ol' Lisberger to make it right (at least as a writer). I know I might be disappointed, but this is such a fucked-up sequel it actually has a chance to be great (BTW: has any movie waited 26 years before its sequel? Just curious... Godfather II - Godfather III = 16 years, Episode VI - Episode I = wait, that wasn't really a sequel since it was just a flashy fart-flame from C3PO's ass... but 16 years all the same).

The trailer was impressive - to me, a TRON fan. However, what you need to remember is that the vast majority of people out there don't know what TRON is, much less "T - R - 2 - N? The HELL?" <p> Fanboys often forget that what impresses them (Look, it's Jeff Bridges! He was that guy who was in THE DOOR IN THE FLOOR! FUCK YEAH!") isn't necessarily (or often) impressive to anyone else. <p> It's the same condition that caused wild applause at comic-cons for the WATCHMEN trailer and confused whispers or outright silence and/or cat-calls everywhere normal people congregate where the trailer has been shown. <p> Look at this trailer objectively. It looks no different to the averasge viewer than a trailer for TORQUE that rips off THE MATRIX. <p> Furthermore, this is clearly a toe-in-the-water from Disney, who obviously has absolutely no intention (wisely) of making a sequel to TRON ... ever. <p> Bottom line: TRON is, to me, a fantastic, epic movie. But it bored the shit out of my parents. And a sequel will bore the shit out of anyone who doesn't think typing on a computer screen makes for epic entertainment.

    Mori -

    by Spymunk

My comment wasn't based on a literal interpretation of Harry's words so much as the suggestion that this is exactly the sort of emblematic behavior when it comes to genre fans: spend money on our products and MAYBE we'll give you something you want because our focus groups suggest it might make us lots of cash - never mind that it might be good. That kind of 'wagging the tit' toward the fans is what I was referring to, not a literal undersanding of Harry's joke. Studios love to promise all kinds of cock-tease to genre fans, but rarely if ever deliver.

I have been on Shia Labeouf's myspace and yes I WAS a fan of his, but not anymore. I sent him a message yesterday and he finally responded to it, but he was questioning me like I was the media or some shit. When I answered his question, he didn't respond back to it. I was soooo pissed off at him and sent him a message and told him off. I called him arrogant too. His punk ass sent me a message back and called me too emotional and that we fans are self-centered. He also kicked me off his page. I can care less how many movies he's working on, he's still a jackass! He doesn't care about his fans, all he wants is our money. So those of you on here who don't like him, can say what you want. I'm sick and tired of these celebrities who complain soooo damn much about the paparrazi, but don't do much for their fans. So I say "Enough with Labeouf"! Kiss my ass, you arrogant bastard! *mad*

If you were getting hammered by 300 or so people every day, asking the same 300 questions, wouldn't it begin to wear on your last nerve? What you got wasn't arrogance, it was probably frustration. In the past, there would have been a buffer between the fan and the actor by way of an army of publicists. Its nice to see that the guy's trying to make himself accessible, but ya gotta cut the guy some slack. He's still pretty green to the level of celebrity he's got now, and hasn't learned how to manage it. So, don't hate on him so much-yet.

I'm just tired of phony people taking advantage of their fans for fame and money. And I'm letting it be known tonight that celebrities are not nice people and they can be shallow and so selfish too.

You are a genius. I kept thinking that the faces were flat and didn't look right. But that's a MUCH cooler way to have them resemble their users. Identical programs with the "face" of their users. <p> I'm happy this was so thought out and well executed. AND a brilliantly directed sequence, for that matter, instead of a simple string of money shots.

    by ganymede3010

Whenever you put up something good. Paramount, Disney, Fox, Miramax, Pixar, Dreamworks, Time Warner, contact you immediately and inform you to remove it. I find that very suspicious Harry. Either you're in on the game with them or all Major studios monitor your site 24hours a day. I find that hard to believe. Are you really that important Harry?

  • July 27, 2008, 4:33 a.m. CST

    by drew mcweeny

... are you dense? After 12 years of this, the answer is obviouly YES... PEOPLE MONITOR THIS SITE. ALL THE TIME. And -- surprise! -- it's not just one person. Legal departments employ many, many, many people, and their job is to watch us and YouTube and myriad other places to slap C&Ds on anyone exhibiting unauthorized copywritten material. It ain't rocket science... these are giant corporations with very deep pockets protecting their material. Fucking duh. <P>Good god. There is literally no action anyone at this site can take anymore without some asshole suggesting that we're on the take in some way.

Many of these talkback cretins enjoy nothing more than logging on and typing "you guys sold out!" It gives these dunderheads some kind of sick pleasure. What these jackasses don't understand is that some of us have seen websites that HAVE sold out. And they look nothing like yours. Don't take the moronic specimens trolling the talkbacks seriously. Most of these misshapen homunculi would give their left nut be you.

dude i get it people piss you off, whit there remarks. But calling some one a asshole a site visitor no less is just bad business. If you don't like rude people, crawling out of the woodwork. You and everyone else at the site. Should show a little more disclosure. Like when harry reviewed a script you wrote, but never mentioned drew mcweeney and moriarty were and still are the same dude. I am on your side here I mean many, many times I have seen you post on here about owning up to your own shit. But the more i see you post you mean everyone else own up to there shit and you guys just get a free pass. Wikipedia even mentions other incidents, so dude my point is you cant get mad at guys like ganymede because you and harry's mistakes gave him the power to be a asshole. I am not saying he is right just that once someone can honestly question one thing everyone can question everything

Oh, I get it alright. You're a fangirl who got stiffed. You say that you're a fan of his work and yet you clearly want something more (i.e. some sort of genuine interaction that he may not be willing to extend to just anybody).<P>Take a look at your initial post. Quote:<P>"I sent him a message yesterday and he finally responded to it, but he was questioning me like I was the media or some shit."<P>Considering the number of correspondences he receives everyday, this is no surprise. Did you say something in your message that would have made him question your motives?<P>"When I answered his question, he didn't respond back to it. I was soooo pissed off at him and sent him a message and told him off."<P>So, what you're saying is that he didn't respond quickly enough to your oh-so-important message and like a whiny brat, you flew off the handle and sent him ANOTHER message before he even had a chance to reply to the previous one. Brilliant!<P>"I called him arrogant too."<P>Classy! Is there any wonder why he called you "too emotional" and kicked you off his page?!

    Hadron Collider used in TR2N

This is what happened Mr. Nice Gaius.

    by sassycal20

NO, I don't like him like that. I just like to support his work that he does onscreen. He questioned me because I told him about posers that were pretending to be him and that I was glad he got rid of them and when he asked me the question "How do you know about the posers?" I just told him that one of his fans had told me about it. So I waited for him to reply back, and I didn't get a response. I told him off because I didn't like how he was talking to me and that he didn't trust me. That's why he called me "too emotional" and that "we fans are self-centered". Self-centered my ass, he was the one acting like a complete jackass to me and told me have a good day. Like I want to know something about him for, he's not important anyway, he's just a damn celebrity that doesn't have time to talk to his fans and he's arrogant like people have said about him. I don't care how many movies he's working on, at least spend a little time to talk to your fans. In my opinion, if he keeps on doing these movies back to back like this, his ass will have a mental breakdown like Mariah Carey did or be another Heath Ledger. So his ass got a DUI, good for his ass, he shouldn't have been treating one of his fans like shit yesterday, then he wouldn't have gotten arrested again. lol He's making himself into a bad boy anyway, he'll be another Lindsey Lohan before you know it. Sorry DOGSOUP, I can't post the link because I deleted my page on MySpace. I'll NEVER trust an arrogant jerk like that again. Nobody questions and insults me because I will let your ass know what the deal is, I'm Sassy bitch!

Sequel to TRON is gonna Tear it Up With the Fanboys

If they can get it made for a reasonable budget, they are guaranteed to make a profit. I'm gonna be there. I loved the original. The Kubrickian pacing may not be to everybody's liking, but it sure worked for me then and I love it now. They may over-updated it, I dunno . . . but I still will want to see it. Guaranteed.

I am not obsessed with a crazy fool like that and no I don't have no damn problem, I just think he deserves whatever he gets, he's such an ungrateful bastard, a spoiled brat at that. I get tired of these celebrities getting into trouble and we expect to feel sorry for them, no we don't. We need to feel sorry for those who get involved with them when they do stupid shit like that. And nobody on this board is a fan of his anyway, so I had to bring it up in the Comic-con topic, since you guys are comic book geeks. So I had to let you guys know about it. And I act my age for your info, if Labeouf or anybody else in Hollywood had some damn sense, then I wouldn't be talking shit about him right now.

    Sassycal20: Try Collecting Stamps

Or coins. Get over Shia. He's who he is, he's gonna make or break his own life, and that's that. Yeah, nobody here really cares for The Beef, but you can do something much more productive with your life than waste it finding avenues to vent on his grave offense to you. Sorry about that and all, but still . . . move on.
