I didn't know Charmed was still in production.

    by Loosejerk

Or that my skeevy Uncle Paul got him an acting job.

  • July 24, 2008, 6:46 p.m. CST

    Seriously...

    by BlackBanana

I understand it's all NBC-centric, but bundling 'Office' news with 'Heroes' news seems very, very wrong.

  • July 24, 2008, 6:48 p.m. CST

the production of those heroes minisodes

    by mr. flibble

is decidedly shoddy....i'd understand if the actors strike had actually started and they got those peeps off the street but seriously....nice tats on the chick though

  • July 24, 2008, 7:05 p.m. CST

    Office looks exactly like normal

    by Maxer

Heroes looks worse than D-movie SciFi channel crap/bad soap opera Why?

  • July 24, 2008, 7:11 p.m. CST

    US ONLY VIEWING... total BS!!!!

    by tbdeinc

really... when will they figure out what all the TUBES are good for!???

  • July 24, 2008, 7:11 p.m. CST

So the black dude's power is being loud?

    by Iron-kong

Is there any possible joke I can do and not get banned? C'MON!!

    Any HEROES without SchMohinder...

    by Bob Loblaw Law Blog

is good HEROES.<p>Seriously... he's the worst character in the whole damn series. Whenever he waxes philosophic in his narrations or provides the "dumb it down for the idiots in the audience" moments by declaring things like, "That's genocide!" or "We have to find Sylar," I just want to smash his face in as he cries in his faux Brit-Indian accent.<P>Blah... do I even care about this show any more after the ridiculously stupid second season? There were a few good storylines, but mostly just a lot of convoluted crap.

  • July 24, 2008, 7:19 p.m. CST

    I wish the show (Heroes)

    by RokurGepta

was as good as these webisodes.... the first season had some really good moments, but the 2nd season totally sucked bat guano

  • July 24, 2008, 7:56 p.m. CST

    Rokur

    by andtheflesh

Are you serious? The webisodes are about ten times WORSE than the second season, which, itself, was pretty damned terrible.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:01 p.m. CST

Don't care but got a question about The Wire

    by Harrow

When is it supposed to get good? Heard people raving about it for ages here, and finally got bored enough to dload it. Watched the first ep and half of the 2nd and still not into it, should I give it more of a chance, or is it just not for me, if it wasn't love at first sight?

    He's Evil! Evil I Says!

    Kevin's workin for the mob.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:09 p.m. CST

    Totally unbelieveable Heros..

    by Ironmuskrat

As a long time Postal employee, I know there is no way U.S.P.S workers pull in wife's or girlfriends that hot. They did however get the goofy, sweaty loser look of the actually mail carrier correct. <p> Also correct is the notion that a Postal employee would immediately go and kill at least two people once he discovers he has a superpower. <p> That being said it looks like the creators of the show may have learned some lessons from last season and may be trying something different this time around.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:13 p.m. CST

    Heroes that is...

    by Ironmuskrat

Damn, I wish I could edit on this site =)

  • July 24, 2008, 8:14 p.m. CST

    School Production

    by MediaNerd

I hope this wasn't shot with the main production crew and they're letting some film kids get experience, because that was just bad.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:16 p.m. CST

    Heroes needs a Hero

    by veritasses

to save the series. That was horrible. The Office, on the other hand, was great. Proof that you can do a lot in 2 minutes and no budget.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:29 p.m. CST

They should put Kevin on Heroes.

    by mrfan

Have a crossover episode where he gains powers. That would be neat.

  • July 24, 2008, 8:49 p.m. CST

    Fuck You NBC -Canada

    by Jubba

    Heroes short looked like

    by blackhole4140

a fan film... is it made by a contest winner or somwthing?

  • July 24, 2008, 9:29 p.m. CST

To anyone who's going to the Heroes panel Saturday @ ComicCon

    by Pennsy

Ask Tim Kring this question, if you could: "What is the status of Kristen Bell after the five episodes she has left to film?" Put him on the spot, because his silence about KB's status has been nothing short of deafening.

    Postal employee

    by postalpez

it felt way to fake in the 1st when he droped his bag when a dog came after him. you hold the bag out so the doge goes for it not you. and where is his pepper spray?

  • July 24, 2008, 10:46 p.m. CST

Well that was lame(heroes going postal)

    by Gearfree

View it on youtube if you want, its bad though. More then a few continuity issues. Who closed the door? Why did they get the "constrictor" guy to talk? Whats with the lame postal pun? All this and more, next week.

  • July 24, 2008, 11:37 p.m. CST

    Harrow

    by eggbeater

Just be patient. It's not the type of show that starts out with a bang. It takes it's time setting up plot and characters. Pay attention though because there is a lot of foreshadowing but the payoff is worth it. For me, the episode "Game Day" was the one that really made me fall for "The Wire". There is a reason people (including myself) consider it the best show ever made.

  • July 24, 2008, 11:46 p.m. CST

Once again boycotting these US restricted videos.

    by happybunni

I don't belive Media's explanation that all videos have to be both in french and english. What about all the quicktime/yahoo trailers? What about everything on youtube? This international crap is completely done on purpose, and I will now start downloading the shows minus ads instead of watching them on tv. i also usually purchase the ad products just to support the show, but not anymore! enjoy my botcott bitches.

  • July 25, 2008, 12:25 a.m. CST

lets discuss the idiocy of heroes

    by bacci40

think the agency would figure out by now that those with power dont take kindly to being abducted or surprised, and would use their powers??? theyve been doing this for what? 30 years now? kring thinks this shit will fly and will make it past season 3? i said he should be replaced as showrunner and i meant it

  • July 25, 2008, 3:02 a.m. CST

    Kring is still showrunner?

    by V'Shael

    Expect crapology 101.

    the cat

    by Dradis Contact

Notice the way the cat was emphasized in this heroes webisode. I predict this mail guy will become Black Canary then the cat will eat him.

  • July 25, 2008, 5:06 a.m. CST

btw, echo does not represent his power

    by bacci40

an echo bounces back...this guy's voice is a weapon....oh and amazing how he inately learned how to focus the voice energy...christ, even wanted did the montage bit...and im sorry, but no fucking mailman has a hotty like that waiting for him at home

  • July 25, 2008, 11:39 p.m. CST
