Tony Hale, who played the dismembered brother on “Arrested Development” before he became a mini-mall sidekick on “Andy Barker, P.I.,” has taken a recurring role as the Buy More’s new assistant manager on “Chuck.”
The busy Hale will also take a recurring role on “Samantha Who.”

I mean, I know its meant to be light entertainment - taken with a pinch of salt - but its too dumb for even that! I remember the episode where this dude, who worked for the CIA as some engineer, claimed he built everything. Evevn cars. Cars, that, when you press a code on a radio, turn into James Bond spy mobiles...all of them....every one of the market, regardless of make...including the prius...dumb...really dumb. On the bright side - Yvonne is hot. Hehehe.

Hell, how about a Bladerunner sequel? Oh no, that would require too much work. Why do that when you can just take the same movie, stick a "special edition" tag on it, and some idiot(s) will keep buying it over and over...

Honestly, I respect AD for many, many things, but removing a cast members limb, and more importantly, keeping it gone, is really wonderful.

I worry that Tony Hale is going to be hamstrung by being on a mostly shitty show, where the only reasons to watch are Sarah Lancaster and Yvonne Strahovski. -

What? Were you watching the episode properly? The guy never claimed he'd created some kind of code that turns any and every car into a spy mobile. They explained in teh series that Chuck's car had been replaced with a spycar that the genius guy had desinged without chuck knowing, so he was able to use its gadgets.
