SCOTT PILGRIM might have finally found his Ramona!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Looks like Edgar Wright has found his leading lady for SCOTT PILGRIM in GRINDHOUSE cutie Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
I didn't care much for her in FINAL DESTINATION 3, but I liked the dopey innocence she brought to GRINDHOUSE. She's definitely pretty and can be spunky, which is what Ramona needs. And she looks like the human version of Bryan Lee O'Malley's manga-ish art.
She will be pined after by Michael Cera in the title role. Can't wait to see her in that cute little hair cut and the rollerskates! What do you folks think?

Good stuff. I too love the Winstead. And as far as FD3 goes, it probably didn't help any of the actors if the rumors are true in that they were hired within two weeks of principal shooting.

Michael Cera is not right for Scott Pilgrim (unless he can actually act). He's played the same character in everything so far, and that character is not Scott Pilgrim. -
yeah his artwork for the female characters was difficult to tell apart. Kim was easy enough becsause of the freckles. But it got really confusing with Lisa in the fourth book, they all looked alike.

They already have made a big blunder choosing Cera as Pilgrim. However, I will be hopeful that he can pull it off.
