Ray Romano and "Everybody Loves Raymond" writer-producer Mike Royce are collaborating on “Men of a Certain Age,” an hourlong TNT comedy pilot about a trio of men facing middle age. The project was developed for HBO, which passed.

HBO apparently passed on the decent Californication and the great Mad Men, so no, them passing on something doesn't tell me anything.
