AICN EXCLUSIVE! Guess Who Is Developing MONSTER ZOO For Paramount!!

Hey, everyone. ”Moriarty” here. Sam Freakin’ Raimi. And what, you ask, is MONSTER ZOO? Well, it’s the latest graphic novel from Doug TenNapel, whose work I’ve been quite vocal about over the last few years. Doug’s sold projects to New Regency/Fox (CREATURE TECH) and Universal (TOMMYSAURUS REX), but the idea of Sam Raimi getting involved in this one is verrrrry exciting. I’ll have more for you on the book itself a little later in the week, including some exclusive artwork, but for now, just know that this is one of the craziest projects Raimi’s ever been involved in, and if this actually happens, it could be geek bliss of the highest order. In the meantime, look for this story to break in the trades in the next few days.
