This Saturday, March 8 will feature host Amy Adams, an Oscar nominee for her role in "Junebug" in 2005, is fresh from her Golden Globe nominated starring role in the Disney blockbuster "Enchanted" (complete with musical performance at this year's Oscars) and "Charlie Wilson's War" opposite Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Adams is currently starring opposite Frances McDormand in "Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day." She's also set to star opposite Meryl Streep in two upcoming films, "Doubt" and "Julie and Julia." Previous credits include "Talladega Nights" opposite Will Ferrell, "Catch Me If You Can" opposite Leonardo DiCaprio as well as guest appearances on NBC's "The Office" and "The West Wing. Joining Adams in making their SNL debut is indie rock sensation Vampire Weekend. Formed at the end of their time at Columbia University, this eclectic, preppy quartet has burst onto the music scene with a deafening amount of buzz...landing on the cover of SPIN magazine's March issue as "the year's best new band...already." Their self-titled debut, hailed by GQ as "nearly perfect" features their unique combination of African-flavored cosmopolitan pop sound (dubbed by the band as "Upper West Side Soweto") has received universal acclaim and debuted in the Top 20 on the Billboard Album chart. On March 15, rising comedy star Jonah Hill hosts the show. Hill made a splash last summer in the outrageous and critically acclaimed comedy blockbuster "Superbad" opposite Michael Cera, Seth Rogen and SNL's Bill Hader. Hill made his debut in "I Heart Huckabees" and secured a role in the hit comedy "The 40 Year-Old Virgin" and went on to a memorable role in the teen comedy "Accepted." Hill began his hit-filled summer of 2007 playing opposite Seth Rogen in the comedy smash "Knocked Up." Up next for Hill, the romantic comedy "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" with Kristen Bell and Jason Segel and lending his voice to the animated Dr. Suess feature "Horton Hears A Who!" Megastar Janet Jackson joins Hill for her third appearance on "Saturday Night Live" (after hosting in 2004). Jackson will perform from her just-released No. 1-debuting album "Discipline" – which topped the Billboard 200 as well as the R&B charts upon its release. Her tenth studio album and first No. 1 debut since 2001, "Discipline" is scoring accolades as well as sales; earning three stars from USA Today. Jackson has sold 100 million records worldwide, won five Grammy Awards, an Oscar nomination and most recently an NAACP Image Award for Best Supporting Actress in the No. 1-debuting Tyler Perry film "Why Did I Get Married?" “Saturday Night Live” is from SNL Studios in association with Broadway Video.
