Is there anything to this?

I really dug COCAINE COWBOYS, a great little documentary about the Miami cocaine scene in the ‘70s and the ‘80s. It’s got a dozen great characters, some really fantastic anecdotal material, and it makes you realize that even something as crazy as SCARFACE underplayed the reality of the drug trade in those crazy days.

So it makes sense that someone’s going to turn it into a feature film. But is this cast really attached? Di Caprio’s people already have denied this rumor, so I guess we’ll see in the days ahead...
