From Ben Affleck to Seth Rogen... There's a lotta F***ing going on right now!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. If you watched Jimmy Kimmel after the Oscars you were rewarded with his strike back at his girlfriend Sarah Silverman's internet phenomenon video: I'm Fucking Matt Damon. If you haven't seen it yet, you are either on a 24k connection or just bought your first computer. It's youtubed below for you guys:
Great. Kimmel's response video is like SPIDER-MAN 2 to Silverman's SPIDER-MAN... X2 to Silverman's X-MEN. ELECTRIC BOOGALOO to Silverman's BREAKIN'. It's bigger and more star-studded. Even Indiana Jones is in it!
Now Kevin Smith and his crew are on it. They spoofed the original I'm Fucking Matt Damon video with Elizabeth Banks singing adorably off-key about fucking Seth Rogen... it's our first look into the production of ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO. It's a little awkward and not always successful, but it got a few laughs out of me. It's vulgar, there are no bleeps so "Fahbleeping" is now just "Fucking," so put the three year old on your lap and watch with joy!

I mean, I so wanted to like her but her tv show is appalling-I mean there was potential with the whole banging God and trying to get rid of him the next day thing sounds brilliant on paper but she didnt pull it off on screen....I mean back in theday some of her standup was okay, and her section in the aristocrats was funny but that t.v show....wow, that was balls.....just terrible crap-but then again tv comedy is all over the place nowadays, with genius like Arrested Development getting cancelled and crap like the big bang theory some one striving into a second season....

I say this alot and it doesn't make me that many female friends...very few girls are funny. Those that are usually gravitate towards sexuality to achieve any form of comedy...Sarah does that too, but it's original and gross and some how really cute at the same time. Had to opp to meet her a few times in town and she's on my and my girlfriend's list of celebs we're allowed to fuck but never will...her and Cate Blanchett (I'm an odd one)

While her show is anything BUT polished and the "acting" is horrible, I think it's pretty original and funny...however most of what I love about it is the performances of Jay Johnston, Laura Silverman and Brian Posehn...and I do find her songs to by annoyingly distracting...HMMM...maybe I DONT like her show!?!

I can see Kevin Smith getting real excited and asking everyone to participate, which could only have been met with groans, at which point they realize they pretty much have to, 'cause he's the boss, and he probably whines like kid till he gets his way. Then it slowly kicks in how fucked they are, the whole crew of them, that there's no way MAKE A PORNO will have a shred of original artistic merit to it.

Jimmy Kimmel's was okay, mostly for the celebrity cameos. Silverman's original one was funny for 2 seconds, and then went on for another 5 fucking minutes. <br> But Kevin Smith's was pretty funny.

He writes clever, yet amazingly unrealistic, dialogue...fanboys love him because he's so referential, but it's being done better by better people. Look at the Star Wars references in Venture Bros. to see how it's done right. Yet he's managed to build an empire on it, so...here's to his bad-directing ass.

Well as we speak I am still waiting for the page to load for the Seth Rogan one. Sara Silverman's vid was nice, Kimmel's started out nice but about three mins in it was starting to become overkill. Oh and really like the Sara Silverman show on Comedy Central, sorry guys. The simplicity of it is great, and the two stoner guys are kind of a refreshing take on stoner-buddy comedy.

The Silverman/Damon video was really funny. The Kimmel/Affleck video wasn't as funny, but scored major points for sheer audacity and scope. The Kevin Smith thing is *painful* to watch, and I love everyone involved (including Smith--yes, suck it, haters). Bad, bad video. Pull it and pretend it never happened.

I caught the Kimmel one (or the end of it at least) on Kimmel's show tonight. I don't really groove to Silverman OR Kimmel, but this little ditty is pretty funny. Smith's...mmmm not so much. What I think it interesting about this talkback is how much acid everyone feels the need to spew on this stuff, particularly the Seth Rogen version. I didn't think it was all that great myself, but it was cute and it was free. In fact, they are all free. While I can kind of see the logic in pissing-and-moaning about films you have to pay ten dollars and up to view, what is the point of spending all this time ragging on something that is ultimately at its best a labor of love and at its worst a harmless piece of fluff? Also, I find it interesting how everyone is using this as an excuse to bash Kevin Smith when, by all accounts, it was never even stated that he directed this. Yes, he appeared at the end, but it seems as though the majority of the cast of "Zack and Miri" appeared in it. My guess is someone on the set (a P.A. or something) made this and the cast good-naturedly played along as something to ward off boredom (see that film the cast made for Peter Jackson on the "King Kong" DVD for another example of this). To judge "Zack and Miri" based solely on this clip is just downright ridiculous. And I wasn't even a fan of it! Sheesh!

The first one was funny (especially at first), the second one was pretty good and worked as a direct response. The Kevin Smith one seemed like one of those things that's funnier if you're involved - otherwise it's embarrassing. But please let the joke go now. Although if, as someone suggested above, Obama did pull out an I'm Fucking Bill Clinton in his presidential bid then it would top all of them.

I imagine they did this long before the Kimmel/Affleck version which took the idea an seriously built on it. That said for people who think it is representative of the finished film, well your just idiots. I imagine it won't be great (like most of Smith's work) but this was clearly an onset goof.

I happened to see this on Kimmel's show while catching up on some reading (now seeing Damon's full video). -Maybe the look on my face should have been captured on camera...but I never imagined I'd see something like that! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! ...And the "surprise" made it all the more hilarious. I've heard about the jokes that actors sometimes play on each other, behind the cameras,...but it's GREAT when the public is in on the joke (as long as everyone can laugh, in the end). How great it must feel for these actors (and singers) to shed their public image with such hilarity. Great fun. -Plenty of highlights,...but I particularly enjoyed Matt Damon's enthusiasm and Harrison Ford in the car, with the bumper sticker. -And another thing,...is that the "idea" of Brad Pitt as the FedEx man is actually very funny when you consider the reasoning. After all, Jimmy and Ben are so in love...that a delivery man that looks like Brad Pitt can't even distract them. And how funny is that? (snort!) Kudos to everybody. (Note: The bleeping and pixel-blocking makes it much funnier. It's similar to how scenes, in movies, can have more impact when they happen off-camera or in silhouette.)

Kimmel's "response" to Silverman's video was fucking FUNNY AS HELL! I was just planned out beautifully, and excuded perfectly. Rogen's video make you want to chop off your ears and pray then don't do a "response".

The 2nd one was funny in a very different way....paying a great homage to "we are the world", Holding each other by the windowsill was brilliant!

It was funny, and I think Seth Rogan and Elizabeth Banks are actually tied in real life, so that makes the joke funnier...If they're not, the joke's still pretty funny.<p>What the funniest part is is when she says 'I fucked Seth Rogan to meet Judd Apatow'. I hope this is a good flick, Kevin Smith didn't let me down with Clerks 2...He renewed my thimbleful of faith in him.<p>Sarah Silverman is kind of funny, but her show would be less funny without the pair of orange giant gay dudes. The fucking 'TAB' episode is up there with the greatest episodes of television there are.<p>Morph, Clerks II was pretty fucking great. And it was Kevin Smith at his best, no fucking lie. The jokes were great, and the casting was fan-fucking-tastic. Something about Rosario Dawson dancing to the Jackson 5 seems wrong...like Whatserface in Dogma dancing to 'Candy Girl'. Naughty-Naughty.<p>Thumbs up for all three jokes. Mainly for Matt Damon reprising his Euro-Trip 'Robbie Doesn't Know' role. What? I'm the only guy who saw that flick?<p>P.S. The Sarah Silverman clip and the kimmel response was brilliant!..But the Seth Rogen one was extremley embarrasing to watch. Like collegestudents reenacting their favorite scenes in "Happy Gilmore" or something. You can't reenact comedy! It's never funny for anyone but yourselves, and it's painfully embarrasing to watch for everyone else!! aaarrrgh.
