They can only fail, because they do it to become famous! What I always liked about Jackass, is that it's like watching some very good friends having a good time. All the copycats are just focusing on doing stunts and shit.

However, as there will always be chavs, mooks, white trash, wiggers, rednecks, and mouth-breathers in the world, I suppose something had to come along to entertain them after "America's Funniest Home Videos" went off the air. <p> Reminds me of the future Mike Judge pictures, where the biggest movie in theaters is called "Ass" and that's all it is. 90 minutes of an ass, farting occasionally. <p> Jackass is four letters away from this.

Ed Burns released through Itunes onNovember 20th his new film "Purple Violets" it's the first of it's kind distribution model. Why this site decided not to write a story up on this new innovative idea? I would have expected this site to at least have been aware of this idea. Exclusive on itunes for a month, then I believe a dvd release to follow.

Seriously, I don't mean to knock on anyone's interests, but come on, seriously! It seems that a good portion of the crowd here is of the if it's not some indie/foreign/thoughtprovoking masterpiece that makes you think about your life and/or question your own values then is shit. There's nothing wrong with some low brow entertainment and humor every now and again. It is okay to just be entertained and laugh with out all the high brow aspects.

It all comes down to one simple fact...Sanches does on TV what Jackass will only do in movies. That puts Sanchez over the top

But Jackass has the personalities that everyone loves. Johnny, Bam, Ryan Dunn, Party Boy, Steve-O, Wee-man, and all those other great guys. I saw Dirty Sanchez a few times and those guys were annoying as hell.

This news totally gets me ready to staple my scrotum to my lower lip! Seriously, though, Steve-O does look like he's ready to drop dead any minute. Did you guys know that he tours strip clubs and they advertise it as a "chance to party with Steve-O?" What a weird niche these guy have carved.

As was said by as poster before me, it's the combination of such charismatic and individual personalities in JACKASS. I've watched THE DUDESONS and DIRTY SANCHEZ and not a single person in those other show has an ounce of the character of any of the JACKASS guys. Yes, even Ehren.
