Terry Gilliam's THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS is a go and has some cast!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. We know Terry Gilliam's next project was supposed to be THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS, but you never know with Gilliam. He goes through projects like Dog the Bounty Hunter goes through racial slurs. But it looks like this one is actually a go, to begin filming in December. Cast includes Heath Ledger, Tom Waits, Christopher Plummer, Lily Cole, Andrew Garfield and Verne Troyer. It's a fantasy flick about a man (the titular Dr. Parnassus, played by Plummer), who can guide the imaginations of others, a gift apparently given to him by the Devil... well, not given to him.
