The Sci Fi Channel is running with a two hour movie/backdoor pilot called REVOLUTION. This comes to us via actor/writer John Bellucci and Ed Redlich (WITHOUT A TRACE, SHARK, THE PRACTICE). The first installment will be directed by Simon West (CON AIR and LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER).

I think "get" it...and this could either be ingenious classic SF fodder...or complete misery. It'll be interesting to see where this goes. I'd like to learn more...
