Skeletor joins the magic swirling @$$ of Cameron Diaz in Richard Kelly's THE BOX!!!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I read an early draft of THE BOX and I can tell you that Frank Langella will rule in this movie. His role is that of the mysteriously evil fucker that delivers this box to Cameron Diaz's character and her character. If he appears as he does in the early version I read, then it'll be a hell of an entrance.
This story is dark, but by far the most mainstream thing Richard Kelly has done. I can't wait to see him pull of this nasty little tale. What about you?

Langella's a great actor but cameron diaz and the soon to be announced stiffler are terrable casting choices.Just like Southland I think ill wait to rent this.
P.S.Its funny how nobody relizes that Kelly owe's his entire Career to The Twilight Zone. -
Didn't he co-write this?
-
was Skeletor. I'm a dumbass. He was the only good thing about MotU.
-
yawn
-
Or maybe with a little cheese stuck to the top. And one time, pepperoni! What a day that was!
-
He brainstormed with Richard Kelly, I think, but I don't think he ever wrote it with him. Kelly wrote it and Roth was going to direct, but then Roth dropped out so Kelly's directing. I think that's how it went down, but at any rate, Eli's been off this project for a while now.

You should've seen Langella as Dracula back in the late 1970s. The best since Christopher Lee - he owned that role.
The Box looks interesting, by the way. Can Richard Kelly do a lucid, linear, understandable storyline??? -
Who gets him mixed up with Christopher Lee and Vice Versa?
-
Yes, you are.

I'm there
-
Seriously, that was her nickname growing up. And her ass is nonexistant.
-
Ill defend that film based entirely on his performance.....sure everything else in it was awful (except the design of castle greyskull) but Langella was a fucking GREAT Skeletor!
-
sad but true
-
That this story is being adapted into a feature-length. Will the 'twist' be preserved 'til the end, or will it kick off the bulk of the movie? It's a cool story and it made for a cool TWILIGHT ZONE episode, but even that 15 minute adaptation felt like it had a lot of excess.

ka-WHAM goes the Zing !!!
-
Huh?
-
Quite watchable. Right up there with the original live action 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' as an embarrassingly pre-teen movie that I will secretly watch if I catch it on tv.
-
This will make a great movie I'm sure if Richard Kelly can ever get one actually out to theaters or video again. At this rate....
-
Far more Dr Doom, than the ponce in the f four movies
-
Yeah!
-
Uh-huh!
-
That's nice!
-
Oooo-hoo-hoooo!
