Jessica was cool enough to send in this message after encountering the SEX AND THE CITY movie filming in NYC.
Admittedly, I haven't been following this project too closely; if you've read my previous posts on the film you'll know I'm not the biggest fan of the series on which it's based.
HOWEVER, to the best of my knowledge, this information isn't "out there" yet...so...for those who care...

My name's Jessica and I go to school in NYC.
I walked past a shooting of a scene from the Sex & the City movie involving Kristin Davis (Charlotte) & Chris Noth (Mr. Big).
We watched them do the scene a few times... it seemed as though a very pregnant Charlotte was yelling at Mr. Big about something probably having to do with Carrie, and then Charlotte starts having labor pains.
I took a pic on my cell phone, if you're interested...

people love to bitch. i've personally never watched an episode of sex in the city, but i know lots of people enjoyed it, why give AICN shit for posting news about it. some people do find it "cool", (or at least news worthy.. I mean, without ever seeing an ep, i still read this article)
