Learn Who Won Free Copies Of THE TICK VS. SEASON TWO!!

Published at:  Sep 04, 2007 1:53:10 AM CDT

I am – Hercules!!

The object of last month’s game was to come up with the best “Tick” movie title or substitute battle-cry. The prize is a copy of “The Tick Vs. Season Two.”

There were five titles I judged better than the best substitute battle-cry, so all the battle-cries are relegated to runner-up status.

The five winners:

5) The Tick vs. The Other Movies That Are Playing
by Stefan McTierney

4) The Tick Episode I: Die Fledermaus Die
by joshelibby13

3) Tick: The Search For Speak
by hellcatsjg

2) The Tick: Faster, Thundercats, Kill! Kill!
by GiveMeAnFinBreak

1) The Tick: You Can't Cancel A Movie
by thebarndogg

Congratulations to the winners! Your prizes are packaged, addressed and, as of today, in the mail!

Number one made me laugh out loud.

    by brokentusk

Number five is also pretty funny, the others... not so much... but at least they don't completely suck (as most winners of competitions at AICN generally do).

Considering you set up the contest for Title of movie OR alternative battlecry, you could have pick a mix of them.

for he had but one entry and no box set to taste. Maybe I just actually wanted to see the Tick vs. Gentle Tongue Tongue's Gingivitis to get another appearance. I guess I should have went with The Tick: Eating kittens is just wrong since I Thundercats reference won.

Err. You're right, that should've won.

My favorite of the bunch was 'Search For Speak'... come on, you remember Speak, right?

As for mine... Hell, even I'm surprised that won. Although I'm glad it did. Many thanks to Herc.
