Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston and a labrador retriever... no, this isn't the beginning of a dirty joke...

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. So, yeah... Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson and a lab... it's what sounds like a dramedy based on a book called MARLEY & ME about a couple that get a lab puppy as a way to get themselves ready for parenthood. The puppy causes chaos and tons of trouble, but is a part of the family. The weird thing is we got Scott Frank (MINORITY REPORT, OUT OF SIGHT) working on the latest draft of the script and David Frankel (DEVIL WEARS PRADA) is set to direct for Fox 2000. Not exactly who I would peg for this kind of material. Maybe there's more to it than the typical Hollywood star vehicle set-up.
