A little something-something is HAPPENING between M. Night and John Leguizamo!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Now, the trades don't go into much detail on the role John Leguizamo will be playing in M. Night Shyamalan's THE HAPPENING... and I am utterly useless as well. I know many people who have read the script, but I am not one of them. But I can relay the information to you good people that Leguizamo joins Mark Wahlberg as his character's best friend. I'm no Shyamalan hater, but I have felt his last couple lacking (especially THE VILLAGE, which still feels like someone trying to make a Shyamalan movie and not Shyamalan making a Shyamalan movie... and I just won the internet award for using the name Shyamalan the most times in a single sentence). The word is very good on this new one. I like the cast, I want Shyamalan to sucker punch me again like he did with SIXTH SENSE and UNBREAKABLE. Maybe I'll get it this time.
