Man-God Oliver Platt to play Bob Zelnick in FROST-NIXON!!! All rejoice!!!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. God, I love Oliver Platt. I'd have his man-baby if he asked me to. He's one of the most solid character actors out there. He's great because he can be funny as shit, but he also knocks the serious subject matter out of the park. If you've seen him on HUFF, you'll know what I'm talking about... his character had so many demons, but was constantly hilarious. Great stuff. So, Platt is now on Ron Howard's FROST-NIXON flick, which is the most intriguing Ron Howard project in years. It's an adaptation of a stage play and the cast is phenomenal so far. Michael Sheen and Frank Langella return in their stage roles (Sheen is Frost and Langella is Nixon), Kevin Bacon, Sam Rockwell, Toby Jones and Matthew Macfayden are also in the cast. Platt is playing Bob Zelnick, the executive editor of the Frost-Nixon interviews. This could be amazing. Thank God Opie's doing a movie that I'm even a little interested in seeing again.
