This is one of those stories that isn’t about a specific film, but is instead about the advancement of one of my favorite peripheral aspects of filmgoing, the one-sheet.

I have a pretty huge collection of movie posters. Sure, it’s nothing compared to the 37 billion that Harry has, but I’ve got far more than I can display at the moment, some in frames but most in tubes, and I love my movie posters. I think the great one-sheets are art on their own, removed from the films they advertise, and any time someone can bring something new to the table, I’m interested.

What you’ll see if you follow the link below did indeed blow my mind as promised, and I am dying to see one of these up close. Follow all the links in the article. It’s worth it. There are some really great examples of this 3D hologram printing technology that this company has developed.
