A PARIS JE T'AIME poster to make the heart flutter!!!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I know for a lot of people PARIS JE T'AIME is off the radar, but let me say a few names. Natalie Portman. Steve Buscemi. Elijah Wood. Nick Nolte. Willem Dafoe. Bob Hoskins. Ben Gazarra. Gena Rowlands. Maggie Gyllenhaal. Joel Coen. Ethan Coen. Alfonso Cuaron. Christopher Doyle. Wes Craven. Gus Van Sant. Tom Tykwer. Alexander Payne. Walter Sayles.
The film is released (limited) this May, but I saw it last fall and have been extremely lazy about writing it up, but I really, really fell for it. It's 18 stories about love in Paris. Some interconnect, some don't. It's not about that, but about different filmmakers and how they view love. Some are traditional, some are horrific, some are the love between a father and daughter, a wife for a husband, a boy for a girl.
A one-sheet has shown up online for the flick and it's pretty creative, considering the cast/director list itself is big enough to fill a poster. Here's the poster and hopefully I'll sneak my review of PARIS JE T'AIME in before the craziness that is Sundance. Enjoy!

I'm good friends with a friend of Walter Salles and he talked about how he did this years ago. I love Paris and I love most of the people involved. Can't wait.

For such an obvious plant. Michael Bay haters are doing this just to try and sabatoge the Transformers movie. We all know it.

The film is not that great. Loved some parts, didn't care for others. Got tired at having to start a new segment every six minutes or so.

No idea what that "name drop" catchphrase alludes to, but Lebron23 can explain it. as for "for shame!" this came out of the Hannibal talkback marathon from the weekend. it was a thing of beauty. I encourage everyone to check it out. nearly 500 posts, and way more than half don't have anything to do with the movie, thankfully. kinda like the one I'm posting here.

I mean, 'One Night in Paris' was great, but I feel that a second installment would really disturb the closure of the chilling final moments that defined the first one.
