Published at:  Jan 05, 2007 8:17:07 PM CST

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. We've had some tech troubles today (what else is new, huh?) but here's our exclusive SMOKIN' ACES comic. There are others that hit today. You can go to ComingSoon.net for Buddy "Aces" Isreal (Jeremy Piven), CHUD for the Tremor Brothers, JoBlo for Pasqual Acosta (Nestor Carbonell), UGO for Messner, and Joe Carnahan's website for the final comic. We got Lazlo Soot... Read 'em all to find out a bit more about the crazy sumbitches in this movie!

This material is rated R... so at least pretend you're 18 if you're going to read it. Enjoy!!!

    Too bad you didn't get...

the Tremor Brothers comic, AICN. Better luck next time. Maybe that's why you didn't post it until hours after the others showed up? Well, all the comics sucked, really, anyhow.

THE CRAZY SUMBITCHES IN THIS MOVIE GOTTA EAT

    by pound sand

It's okay, especially for free. I will note that the second page does have what must be the first (and only) example of "Queen Fu."

    Oh my god yes

Look at the Piven one. It looks like what happens if you cross Jeremy Piven, Collin Farrell, and thalidomide.

    stupid UGO

    by hairyproductions

they have it set up so you can not save a copy of the comic. all the other web pages have links to the .swf files which you can right click and save, but not UGO all the links go to a page with it as part of the page.

    These Comics...

    by therealmoriarty

... would be great if they weren't so miserably bad. In theory, the idea of doing online tie-in comics before a film is great fun. In practice, these particular comics are sort of awful. Ouch.

    The art looks very amateurish

    by doc_strange

The only real thing going for it is the storytelling but otherwise the anatomy is lacking and the line and color work are sub par. Gives me a lot more motivation to pursue comics as a career though......

    Crappy interface

    by rinse

If I want to see the whole page, it's too small to read.. If I want to read it, I can't see the whole page.If it's meant to be published on the web, why isn't it drawn in a size and dimension that is suitable for a computer monitor? It's not as if drawing it like a traditional comic book makes me forget that I'm reading a crappy comic on a computer..
