Merry Chrismukkah!!
The Last OC Of 2006!!

I am – Hercules!!

What do you know? “Grey’s Anatomy,” “CSI” and even “The Office” are all repeats this week.

And this week’s “O.C.” is all-new, bitch!!

Here’s what Tim Stack says about “The O.C.” in this week’s Entertainment Weekly:

… the fourth season has triumphantly returned to the snarky, sweet brilliance of the show’s glory days. Putting Ryan and Taylor together might have seemed awkward, but the latter’s energy is just what our sulking bad boy needed. As for Ryan’s former flame Marissa, her death has rewarded Julie Cooper with her juiciest material since bedding Luke back in season 1. …

Here’s what Variety’s Josef Adalian says about this season:

... Josh Schwartz's sudser seems to be in fine shape after a much-criticized third season. The scripts are snappy, the plots make sense, the acting's solid, the music is appropriately indie. … Two recurring characters introduced last season -- Willa Holland as Marissa's bad-seed sister Kaitlin and Autumn Reeser as the talkative Taylor Townsend -- are welcome additions to the regular cast. Chris Pratt is a hoot, as are Corey Price and Wayne Dalglish as Kaitlin's fawning entourage. Bottom line: "The OC" is once again in great creative shape, with believable storylines and plenty of the razor-sharp wit at which the series excels. ...

Fox says of tonight’s intallment:

It's New Year's Eve in The O.C. and Ryan has planned a special surprise road trip for himself and Taylor, but when Summer confronts Seth about not making any plans, Ryan's romantic getaway for two is spoiled. Meanwhile, Summer's future rests in the hands of a raver, the gang meets on the way to Vegas. And the Bullit asks an old friend to take a look at Julie's accounting. Guest Cast: Kevin Sorbo as Frank; Gary Grubbs as Bullit; and Brandon Quinn as Spencer.

TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello has something that begs the text invisible:

Does the thought of Seth and Summer having a baby give you the warm-and-fuzzies? If so, the Dec. 21 episode is not to be missed.

"The OC": 9 p.m. Thursday. Fox.
"The Duel": 10 p.m. Thursday. MTV.
