How can money be spent on shit like this – when there are so many creative people out there struggling to catch a break? When there are so many pet projects which established directors/producers can’t get off the ground? When there are so many animals in need of homes…so many children dying in Africa…so many DVDs and video games I still want to buy? If Earth were scorched by gamma rays tomorrow, or pulverized by a rogue asteroid next month, are Uwe Boll movies the way we would want to be remembered? Empire Online is reporting that the infamous Uwe Boll will return to direct a BLOODRAYNE sequel, which finds a re-cast Rayne battling vampires in the Old West. The first BLOODRAYNE made around $3.5 million globally & cost about $25 million to produce. So, bankrolling a sequel makes a lot of sense (sarcasm). It's astounding...whoever is financing this must have something better to do with their money, no? Saving it might be a good start; wiping their ass with it would also be a better option than this. "I’m excited to do a sequel to BloodRayne and this time in the Wild West. I'm a big fan of Sergio Leone and John Ford," Boll said in a statement.
