    Kung Fu Panda

    by AmirReza

I also saw something along the lines of Kung Fu Gecko by an indie CG company.

Isn't Warners using Superboy illegal now?

    Fairies are......

    by grendelson138

WHAT? I can't handle the suspense. What are fairies??? I need the final part of the tagline before I'll really consider this "Ain't It Cool News".

    Ya got me

    by AlgertMopper

King Fu Panda? Ok, I'm a sucker, I'm there

    Fairies tagline:

    by brycemonkey

Everytime you masterbate to this poster art, a fairy dies.

  • June 21, 2006, 9:09 a.m. CST

    Seriously though...

    by brycemonkey

the only one that looks vaguely interesting is Kung Fu Panda. Just writing that makes me feel bad. Is it like Kung Pow?

  • June 21, 2006, 9:12 a.m. CST

Kung Fu Panda reminds me of that videogame

    by Doctor_Sin

"Tai Fu" where you play a tiger learning animal styles from the different animal-mentors. Looks badass.

    Kung Fu Panda

    by beastie

Until I saw that poster, I had absolutely no interest in the movie, but it looks like the design might be well done. Still, other than Antz, I have not enjoyed any of Dreamworks CG films. However, I did enjoy all of their 2D animations.

Wow, Legion of the Superheros looks really stupid

    What's with that horrible artwork?

  • June 21, 2006, 10:06 a.m. CST

    Legion looks like ASS.

    by robogeek.com

Shoulda gone with the Supergirl/Legion JLU-spinoff route, per that awesome Dini episode. Gack, these new character designs are hideous...

    Kung Fu Panda

    by Harry Weinstein

...not to be confused with the CGI kids film KUNG FU GECKO from Singapore that's in production. I expect this will be just like a shitty Dimension dubbed kung-fu movie, only animated. I expect lots of farting and unfunny "Me rikey rikey" accents performed by American actors. After all, if GECKO can have farting animals in its early production preview, Dreamworks can't just allow themselves to be out-farted by some young whippersnappers from Singapore - no, the ante will be upped. Meanwhile, where the hell is CASSHERN, Dreamworks? How many more years do we have to wait for you guys to crap out a bare bones DVD with hideous cover art and closed-captions instead of subtitles?

I just did a search of Kung Fu Panda on IMDB and saw that Jack Black is Po the panda, Dustin Hoffman is Shifu, Lucy Liu is the viper, and JACKIE CHAN as Master Monkey

Misunderstanding the situation abounds. I've posted here, http://tinyurl.com/ngmpr, a brief explanation about the situation for anyone interested.

Legion of Superheroes better not suck.

    by iamghetto

Justice league was good. I don't mind them going Teen Titans with the younger characters, I just want it to be good. Really good.

  • June 21, 2006, 1:33 p.m. CST

Character designs for Legion SO underwhelming.

    by superninja

Pitiful. Worse even than Titans. Like the designs for the Panda movie but it sure seems like a gag-me message movie. Fairies looks like W.I.T.C.H. or BRATZ, but with, like, fairies!

  • June 21, 2006, 2:50 p.m. CST

Uh, if this is what we get in place of JLU

    by Chest_Rockwell

I want my fucking money back. And Cartoon Network to pay me some sort of penalty or something. This is simply fucking unacceptable. Un-fucking-acceptable. Brock is on board with this assessment too. Chest, out.

    The water horse

    by hatramroany

what is it? i can't find anything on it. I know there is a direct-to-dvd Tinkerbell movie coming out with Brittany Murphy as tinkerbell in 2007, is that what these posters are about? or will disney use the movie to launch a new show called fairies much like stitch the movie

  • June 21, 2006, 6:23 p.m. CST

wow looks like a lot of total crap...just for kids

    by flipster

aw aint that sweet, letting the kids have crappy movies just like the rest of us. Legion of Superheroes (like XMen3) Those were cherished memories that DC and Marvel are destroying. Please stop. Thank you.

  • June 22, 2006, 6:20 a.m. CST

Where is "More Cowbell!" from again?

    by half vader

I just did a design for work where I did put a bigger cowbell on a character and it's been bugging the hell out of me that I can't remember where that line comes from.

  • June 22, 2006, 6:21 a.m. CST

    - and is Water Horse actually about Nessie

    by half vader

"More Cowbell" is Christopher Walken on SNL

    by Triumph poops!

It's one of Christopher Walken's all-time best sketches on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE as a guest host. It was a parody of the show BEHIND THE MUSIC where Walken plays a famous music producer who continually interrupts a recording session by repeatedly insisting that "More Cowbell" is the key to making Blue Oyster Cult's "Dont Fear the Reaper" a success. ("I'm Bruce Dickinson. Yes, THE Bruce Dickinson. The song is great, but it could use more cowbell. Guess what...I got a fever. And the only prescription IS MORE COWBELL.") I love that skit. Walken was just tears coming out of your eyes from laughing so hard hysterical in it.

  • June 22, 2006, 6:54 p.m. CST

    Thanks Triumph

    by half vader

Thank God, now I can sleep. Your info was verry good - for me to POOP on!
