Cool News

Those who reside in North America will be able to tour PAN'S LABYRINTH courtesy of Picturehouse!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Good news for Guillermo Del Toro fans. The PAN'S LABYRINTH trailer was awesome and apparently Picturehouse agrees. It looks like we can expect a Fall Release for the dark fantasy flick about a girl and some creepy critters with eye-ball hands. Can't wait for this one!

Ill be there and I will be stoned. The trailer was pretty trippy, it should be good. I just bought Devils Backbone, hopefully this will be as good.

Guillermo del Toro is a nice guy, I worked on Mimic years ago. So congrats to him for all his success plus I didn't mind Hellboy.

spanish release is in the spring so i'm sure it'll be on DVD there about the same time it starts playing the US. luckily most spanish DVDs have english subtitles. i'll do my best to see it on the festival circuit before that.

Don't you understand that by mentioning "ooh, by the way, I was first" in your second post you become just as bad as all the other "firsties!" assholes? Actually, maybe even worse, you smug fuck.

    this is good news

the trailer was seeped in creepy atmosphere and a Grimm-like spooky style. i'd like to see del Toro do a sequel, or something akin to a sequel, of Legend. he has shown that he has the right sensibility for it without a doubt.

    Probably just get the DVD

    by scrivener

It'll make it to DVD in Europe before it makes to theatres here in the states. I'll just do the same thing I do will all of these movies - import. Switchblade Romance, Zatoichi, Wolf Creek, The Descent... why should I wait?
