    Lost?

    by jubba

    Where is Lost?
And both lists should probably not be titled "by date"

    The Shield on the 10th?

    by strabo

Wow, that snuck up on me. This season is 22 episodes, I believe, to finish up the series. I pray it doesn't suck like season 4.

    Lost Isn't Launching Mid-Season

    by prior walter

So that's why that's not there. Out of those I'm only looking forward to Scrubs.

    Emily's Reasons Why Not

    by itchy

Haven't heard a thing about this show, which suggests it's going to suck, but Heather Graham is nice to look at ... and I was actually impressed at her stint on Scrubs. I may have to give this a look-see just in case it's halfway decent. Hell, I watched a season of 8 Simple Rules just to oogle the daughters, so why not ?

    The Shield

    by the funketeer

Season 4 rocked. Hard. Glenn Close was the best thing they've done to that show in a long time. If any season was dissapointing, it was season 3.

    But the Horror Channel

    by guy gaduois

will launch and all these meaningless frolics into whimsy will be blown to dust. Yeah, I didn't even believe it when I wrote it. Heather Graham looks like an artist's concept of a very attractive woman - and that artist has never actually seen a human. It's a remarkable work, she's very, very attractive - yet somehow seems extra terrestrial. Or anime. Something. Don't get me wrong, she's great - just not 100% seemingly human..

    Surface

    by the alienist

Where's Surface on the list? And before you bitch about the show...have you SEEN it lately? some of the best mystery sci/fi stuff going on since Lost...with a touch of the mystical thrown in. Who knew?

I overestimated. But really -- does ANYONE out there care about The Bachelor ? The Biggest Loser ? Skating with Celebrities ? These are the times that try men's DVD collections.

    31 shows I don't care about.

    by napoleon park

Seriously, not a thing on this list I have any intereest in. Not that I have great taste. I only have basic cable so I haven't seen a lot of these. But other than the mid-season shows that are on short hiatus (Lost, Boston Legal, Grey's Anatomy, Invasion, etc.) the only shows that will eventually be returning that I'm eagerly awaiting are "Less Than Perfect", "The Venture Brothers" and "JLU". **** Actually maybe I will watch Book Of Daniel just to see how long it takes before some group starts protesting.

    Surface is pretty bad.

    by pviii

But a lot of fun. The whole angle of the kid turning into one of the creatures, and the hint that they're genetically engineered is pretty weak. I'd like it better if they were alien.

    mideseaon launches....

half the shit you people are asking about is not on the list because it is not a midseason launch...

but i was hoping they would put up something that says when all shows are starting up again...basically because i'm lazy and don't want to go look for myself...

That's a great show, but Sela Ward (Though hot and a fine actress) is slowing things down.

    Keyword People MIDSEASON LAUNCHES

    by mrjonz72

I don't get it, Prior Walter and Amievil have said it in thier post but yet people are still like what about Lost, Surface, House etccc.

These shows have already started thier seasons. This list is only going to list shows whose 1st episodes start somewhere around the middle of a normal TV Season (approx late August/ September to around the following May)

Saying all of that I eagerly await the Sheild and 24.
