Yeah...I tried it out as well.

    by lordenigma

Hopefully it worked out. If not, well, I hope I can find this boxset somewhere in my city. Since, much like the re-release of the Filth and the Fury, it cant be found. Here's hoping!

    US residents? Bah......

    by evergreen

O well - can't win them all. I loved Frost's character in Space, Mike. The Robot Wars episode still ranks as one of my favourite TV shows EVER. "where?" "you KNOW where."

    Not neccessarily confusing...

    by renonevada2000

One of the untossed records is by an artist with a band and then the next album offered is the artist solo, without that band... Technically, I would think, two different creators.

    Confusing still

    by homergator

There is no different title for the artist "solo" and the artist with his "band". Look it up on a music site, it's one artist listed for the two albums. Also, I think some people might be confused in the untossed records...he names a band...and then that band's album title...which sounds like another band's name. It's all a little confusing. Not to mention the the very first record thrown (that they are listneing to the night before) and then the next record, which they only hypothesize about which album it was. To further complicate things, this group name given is also the name of a popular song that has been done popularly by TWO different bands. Who knows what he's going for with the answer.

    by dman476

This was confusing in a way, I mean it does depend how you look at things, but who knows, I pray I got it right cause it'd be awesome for once in my life to win something.

So many people hoping they've won...

    by raw_bean

I'd never won a competition either until I won an iPod for pre-booking tickets to see Star Wars: ROTS. :^) ----- Forgive me for being smug, I'm just jealous that I can't enter, not living in the US. :(

    Number if disks thrown...

    by homergator

One is thrown in the begining, the one from the night before, that gives them the idea. Then another one, that's a first pressing. Then another that's a movie soundtrack, then another regular album, and then finally the record his ex gave him. That's five records, by five artists (Though the first record's artist is not named). Now, I need to watch the scene again, but does the record have to hit them? I think that changes the count yet again. As for the ones that get saved...it's three albums, two by the same artist. This is one confusing contest. I wish they'd let us know if 10 have gotten it right, or if they are waiting for more responses...so we know if we need to resubmit or not.

    no subject

    by lightinthepiazza

There are three completely separate artists... Well, at least I hope so. One of the things that they decide not to throw, I assumed was a BAND and not an album. here's hoping I was right.

And there are FOUR bands sacrificed.. but one Ed throws without asking. And one of the bands is actually.. not a band? Yeah.

    Well...?

    by homergator

To answer you without giving EVERYTHING away...check out the title of some Stone Roses albums and you might find what you thought was a band, was actually an album title. Remember, these are LP's. While there is a band with the same name as the stone roses album, it's a band too new to have an LP.

The tricky bit of this question...

    by lordenigma

One of the artist is saved and yet sacrificed! Perplexed I am. Perplexed.

Might as well discuss the answers now

    by tenaciousmike

Okay, they throw four records at zombies: the first one from the night before (not exactly a sacrifice, as Ed throws it without looking), Batman soundtrack (Danny Elfman), Dire Straits, and Sade. So that should be the three. Then they decide not to throw two Prince albums and two Stone Roses albums, which is only two artists. Anyone disagree?

Lemmie say, most of the time I LOVE this site. And I realize that this is a give away contest, so it's considered "charity" by the site, something they give us and apparently have the right to take away, in a sense. Who are the winners? how about notifying those who e-mailed if they are right or wrong? How about an UPDATE? Sure, the runners of this site are busy...but if you're too busy, then don't do the contest at all. I'm waiting to buy this DVD, but I don't want to buy it if I won. Even if it's an e-mail to the extent of "Here are the answers we were looking for, winners will be announced shortly", it'd be ebtter than not knowing anything at all. COme on guys, you made a special e-mail address, just "reply to all in addressbook" and let us know what's up!
