Want Some More Info On Aronofsky

Published at:  Apr 06, 2005 6:44:49 AM CDT

Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...

Daniel Robert Epstein was one of the reporters on-set the same day I was for the upcoming film THE FOUNTAIN, and he’s transcribed much of the round-table interview that was done with Aronofsky late in the afternoon. It’s a good read, and it fills in some more info after my set visit report the other day.

CHECK IT OUT HERE!!

And since it’s on SuicideGirls.com, it may not be totally work-safe. Keep that in mind, folks.

"Moriarty" out.

    the next Kubrick

    by jack the lad

Aronofsky's a talented fellow, but aren't comparisions to Kubrick premature? Kubrick had done The Killing, Paths of Glory, Spartacus, Lolita, and Dr. Strangelove by the time he was DA's age. I like Requiem for a Dream, but it's not even half as good as DS or POG. Simply taking a long time between films shouldn't necessarily merit comparision to Kubrick.
And yes, the girls are cute.
