SPOILER ALERT !!

I am – Hercules!!

I watched every episode of “Carnivale.” Will its second season be as good without showrunner Ron Moore, who went on to make the new “Battlestar Galactica” for SciFi?

Look. There’s a trailer. For the second season of “Carnivale.”

Find it. here.

    Awesome

I have to say I was too harsh on this show the first time around. I wasn't used to the pacing-and I thought the show lost focus when Stumpy started banging the fat stripper...that story just dragged on...
But I thought it redeemed itself in the last few episodes of the season.

That being said, I've been rewatching the Season 1 encore and I am really impressed at what a great show this is. And this trailer seems to indicate that season 2 is going to be even better. Wow.

So I guess we can see that not only did Sophie live, but her mom now appears to be awake and out of her coma?!? Did Stumpy die in the fire? I love Management's relationship with Ben now-a nice parallel to Brother Justin's new "Apostle"

Man I can't wait. In January we get 24, Alias and Carnivale back. Giddyup.

What do you think Herc? How does it look to you?

Wow does this look good. Also-did you see Lodz in the mirror? Is his ghost going to be sticking around? Also, looks like Ben and Sophie are making out?? And I saw a sign for Babylon...are we going back there?

I can tolerate nonsensical garbage as long as it builds up to some more rewarding conclusion. lets hope season 2 is the rewarding conclusion.

So did Moore leave the show? If he did who's working on it now?

    by goon bighead

I hope this show don't end up being another 'Twin Peaks'.

Look closely: he's at Alamagordo, New Mexico, where the first detonation of a nuclear device took place (they even got the tower that the bomb was installed in precisely right). Standing more or less at ground zero. Guess Skynet got him after all :-)

    Keep Working on It, HBO

    by jervis tetch

That damn "Sopranos" is your Achilles Heel. You ain't got nothing like it yet for the mix of the funny, the scary, the profound, and the exciting. "Carnivale" ain't it. "Six Feet Under" wasn't, really. "Deadwood" is closer. "The Wire" -- not enough. But keep at it, HBO. We believe in you. P.S. "Curb Your Enthusiasm" is your other winner. P.P.S. So you're making us wait until 2006 for the final season of "The Sopranos"? OK, as long as it really IS the final season. That great show needs to go out on top. Don't get greedy if your other dramas, tank. Don't push the Sops to seasons 7, 8. Just find something else.
