Wanna See Three Unaired KAREN_SISCOs Without Buying The DVD'''!

Published at:  Mar 25, 2004 9:38:09 PM CST

I am – Hercules!!

They’ll be airing on USA on the next three Wednesdays at 10 p.m. Which sucks greatly, because they’ll be airing opposite the next three “South Park” installments on Comedy Central. Including the one where the Jew Kyle gets his first peek at “The Passion of the Christ.”

Still and all, it’s “Karen Sisco,” the best new show of the fall and the best new show of the season until stupid “Wonderfalls” arrived to steal its brainy, witty thunder.

The line-up:

March 31: “Dog Day Sisco.”

April 7: “No One’s Girl.”

April 14: “He Was A Friend Of Mine.”

Viddy it well my brothers! Cancelling “Karen” was a sin!

Swing the crebbil!

I am – Hercules!!

Watch “Wonderfalls”!! Herc says it’s the season’s best new show!! 9 p.m. Fridays!! Fox!!

    FUCK YOU, NETWORK PRICKS!!!!!!

    by jimmy jazz

Karen Sisco was the best thing bland, play it safe, ABC had going for them in years. And they stupidly put it opposite Law and Order and got it killed. They don't deserve the succulent sexiness that is Carla Gugino. Maybe USA could pick it up ala Monk if these unaired eps do well. The networks are dinosaurs who need to be put out of their misery. Programming execs are retarded chimps who should be kept in cages so their stupidity is not a danger to themselves or others.

I don't get why people by dramas on DVD

    by tall_boy

they just don't have the replay value of your Family Guy or Futurama or Simpsons, etc. sets. Dramas really only play once - comedy lasts forever.

'Do you use drugs Danny'... 'Everyday, sir'

    by chasesequence

Idiots who don't know how to use punctuation properly and don't know the difference between "every day" and "everyday" shouldn't criticize other people's typos.

    About dramas...

    by marco_xavier

...I think they have far MORE replay value than comedies. A drama has to tell a story, and your enjoyment is based not only in that telling, but in the ability to repeatedly invoke an emotional response. Most comedies are based around the set-up and delivery of jokes. Once told, if they are at all memorable, the gags don't make you laugh twice. That's why things like non-sequiters hold up better, because you don't necessarily see them coming. Anyway, I rarely buy comedies, but I've got plenty of everything else.

    Best Series of 2003-2004

    by napoleon park

And I'm a huge "Joan of Arcadia" fan and think "Wonderfalls" may really be on to something, and saw every episode of "Skin" and thought the reformated version of "Boomtown" was an improvement and will openly mock anyone who fails to pledge allegience to "Arrested Development"... but "Karen Sisco" was totally the best series of the 3002-3004 season. Best hot babe, best opening credits sequence, best co-star, best serious episodes, best funny episodes, best print ad campaign (well, maybe after "Skin"), best debut episode (though strong competition from both "Joan.." and "Wonderfalls" there), best stories... May be the closest commercial network television has ever come to having a professional cinema quality series on a weekly basis. And with the multiple producer 'too many cooks in the broth' approach, the series remained fresh and was NEVER repetitive. I hope this comes out in DVD and VHS sets. ABC had no idea how great this was, they yanked it and promised a relaunch and then reneged on that promise. This was a semi-undiscovered classic and "I piddy tha foos" who were watching the same old Law'n'Order stuff instead of this brilliantly innovative series.

And I'm a boob guy, so I'd watch this just to see her walking (let alone running), but Carla Gugino also had incredible legs and lips that Jeri Ryan, Jolene Blalock or Rhona Mitra would die to have.
