Short Teaser Trailer for the Erotic Bertolucci film... DREAMERS!
Hey folks, Harry here... The word coming in from Venice on this film is that it is Bernardo Bertolucci's first attempt at more risque erotica than anything he's done since LAST TANGO IN PARIS, but apparently, in the time between the finest use of butter in cinema and now... the world has become somewhat used to shocking sexual images. Personally, I can't believe that, all that you'd really have to do to shock the world is have a scene with Salma Hayek, Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson, Selma Blair and me... and it would shock the world I say... Shock the world! ANYWAYS... Bertolucci's DREAMERS has some fairly graphic sex in it, including some Incestual stuff... One instance of a girl's brother frying an egg in the kitchen, while her virginity is being taken on the kitchen floor. The trailer that Rav provides a link to has some graphic sexual images, so BEWARE and don't click if you're under 18, cuz hair will grow from your hands and you'll go blind! Seems the film will receive cuts in the United States in order to get its R-rating... sigh... Here ya go...

...hooks me in 30 seconds - but that one just did (hell - most don't even do it after 2 and a half minutes). At this point, I'd just as soon not see any more or know anything else about it 'til I see the whole film.

I think that's the point. She's supposed to look like the Venus De Milo. Nice effect with the black gloves I thought. Fabulous breasts too!

He hasn't made a good movie (much less a great one) since SHELTERING SKY, which was gorgeous. Hopefully, this'll bring him back to form. I'm rooting for the guy, despite all the terrible stuff he's done recently.

it took me about 30 times watching that trailer to realize she was wearing gloves, but it was worth it. actually i noticed the gloves on the 2nd or 3rd viewing... but i watched it 30 times anyway.

looks like the film takes place in France during the student revolution.
It's obvious the Venus de Milo appearance is made on purpose.
We can see a brief shot in the Louvres too.
Looks like Bertolucci is back on tracks ! :)

Didn't gather much from the trailer...but it looks cool, like those movies that seem really real. Anyone seen Kids? That's a fucked up movie, but so fucking scarily real.

Director Bernardo Bertolucci has admitted that his latest film will be cut for its release in the United States. The Dreamers tells the tale of an incestuous menage-a-trois in a Paris apartment during the 1969 student
uprisings and is inevitably drawing comparisons with his 1972 drama Last Tango in Paris. But several explicit scenes look likely to end up on the cutting room floor in order to qualify the film for an R-rating in the States. "The film risks coming out amputated, mutilated in the United
