Hey folks, Harry here.... hehehehehehe... Oh god, this trailer has me so stupidly giddy at the moment I can barely express myself... of course, that means I'm completely normal. hehehehe.... I can't hide the glee that I have when it comes to CHARLIE'S ANGELS... Maybe it was that I grew up with that Farrah Fawcett poster on my wall, next to the Raquel Welch fuzzy loincloth Harryhausen poster! Maybe it is just some strange Pavlovian conditioning that makes me giggle non-stop every single frickin time I see anything from this movie! I can't explain it, I just love it. I mean, look at Cameron Diaz in that silver chromey outfit! Look at Demi and those gold plated 45s. Listen to Cameron talk about riding that guy's... oh man, this trailer is like a plate full of magic mushrooms all set to MY SHARONA ta boot! hehehehehee! This is bliss!

this low quality streaming yahoo shit is a drag and a half. I guess you have some kind of deal with them to premiere your trailers... probably part of the same giant conglomerate or something... but watching a trailer for the first time in this light is highly underwhelming. So knock it off... follow the lead set by those who know how to market online and premiere trailers in large format high resoltion quicktime. Then I'll show it to all my firends and tell them how much ass it's going to kick. This yahoo nonsense is like opening your movie on cinemax but only 12" black and white tv's with a sketchy picture tube. You wouldn't do THAT right?

Shouldn't McG waited till next year for this movie? It's Coming out only a month or so after the Matrix Reloaded. How will he be able to do cheap imitaions of fight scenes without seeing it? Perhaps he'll be stealing ideas from Attack of the Clones or LOTR.

I was test-marketed this trailer while walking around in Virgin the other week. I hated the original movie, I hated the idea of a sequel, I hated the trailer they showed me, and I hate this trailer twice as much now. No prizes for guessing how I feel about the film.

I am SOOOOOO up for this movie (and interpet that remark any way you like...)!!!
I know there are some of you (not all, because enough people came to the original to make it a big hit) who aren't down with Charlie's Angels and that's fine. Many of you are awaiting The Matrix, some of you are looking forward to T3, others are hyped for the Hulk. That's all fine and good, and hell, I'll go see those films too, but the one MUST SEE OVER AND OVER AGAIN film on my slate is Charlies Angels: Full Throttle. I'm with good old Harry a thousand percent on this one. A Charlie's Angels movie is like having a MAJOR HIGH without doing any drugs! It's exhilirating, it's fun, it's sexy, and it entertains the hell out of you if you let it. And that's what movies are SUPPOSED to be all about, friends and neighbors!
Like I said, I know some of you could give two hoots and a holler about this, but please just don't rain on the parade for the rest of us, okay? Bottom line: Angels Rock, This Movie Rules! -

See BLADE, BULLETPROOF MONK, LXG. I don't know if the latter 2 are any good, but they're definetly in the same tradition. Maybe even the Matrix could fit the category of good camp (I mean it's pretty outrageous when you think about it -- Keanu Reeves battles kungfu "robots" in the distant future) Although BPM looks like The Golden Child to me... only worse.
BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA is a masterpiece... it's a bonafied tragedy it never got sequels. -

Seriously...this trailer is better than half the films that have come out this year. Campy, action-packed...and again showing McG's music sensibilities...I thought the first one was well done if not too small scale...this one looks to blow it out of the water. So what if it's not realistic? This is what I want out of a summer popcorn flick.

I love Cameron Diaz, but I can't help but think of the Cat from "Alice in Wonderland" every time I see her. Rodrigo Santoro is Demi's right hand man in this one. Fantastic actor (from "Behind the Sun"), he will probably be greatly underused - but thankfully exposed to a much broader audience. Here's hoping he's half as cool as Crispin Glover.

Cameron Diaz is my weakness. I'll watch anything with her in it. The fact that Demi Moore is looking fine, there is 900 inventive explosions, Lucy Liu slammed Joey and THE COLORS are just icing on the cake. Bernie Mac is 50/50 so far.

Now I know this movie site is for serious film lovers, people who come ot this site HATE hollywood movies and only watch French New Wave and indie dark dramas, but please for those of us who love all films and appreacite (or hate) each films for its own merits or downfalls to do it in peace. Charlies ANgels traielr that ran next to the T3 trailer, tell me..... WHAT FILM LOOKS LIKE IT HAS ACHIEVED ITS GOAL? Well Charlies Angels was meant to be a stupid, balls to the floor, action, babe film. Cool. T3 SHOULD of been a meaningful sci-fi action epic about how Skynet and those pescy robot dudes took over the planet, but instead we have Matrix wanna be ala FUCKE DUP SHIT FEST FILM!!!!! Now, I'm being tough, maybe its the trailer thats shit, but the film.... well its gotta pull some punches. I stuck up for Moscow at the begining, now: FUCK YOU! Maybe it's just me, but after seeing the trailer, I'm stunned into a slack-jawed stupor. Okay, so maybe Cameron Diaz does look fucking hot beyond belief... but it looks much more heinous than the first movie, which is quite an accomplishment. Looks like this summer isn't going to be nice to female character driven sequels (each to movies that were abso-ludicrous in the first place).

Drew is cute and all but something doesn't do it for me. Maybe if she was back in the day 'Poison Ivy" Drew, but dorky Drew is just alright. Cameron Diaz is pretty but not that hot. Lucy Liu was funny and mildy sexy on Ally Mcbeal but she ruins the movie for me. When I think how much better these films would have been with Thandie Newton playing Lucy's role like she was supposed to do, I cringe for what could have been. Thandie, Ashley Judd and Salma Hayek as Angels would have been pure heaven.
